Everything was perfect. True value for money. The facility is super well maintained, stylish, clean and basically brand new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and includes everything you would need. There is good sound insulation for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel is easy to navigate to, it's within a brand new complex of buildings and super close to the Avrasia tunnel and walking distance to nearby malls and public transport. There is hotel parking (underground), but you can also park outside. The staff was super nice. Ozan was an exceptional professional, he was always available and kind, always helpful, he was fantastic. Speaks fluent English and is always positive and smiling. Truly cares about the guests of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is also nice and the breakfast is delicious. Fast service and very good room service as well. The staff know how to make you feel good and at the right place. We would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel.

I don’t usually write any feedbacks on booking but this time I think I need to explain how pleased I was with my stay on this hotel.This was the most clean hotel and their staff was amazing and very down to earth,very helpfull specially the young girl working in their restaurant with middle short black hair,She was always smiling and made us very comfortable I Will never forget her help for my friend who made surgery and she took care of her with even buying her medicine.THANK YOU SO MUCH I hope your boss see this review,he need to be thankfull for working there.I Will again with pleasure stay on this hotell when comming to Istanbul again.They had a very nice shopping mall 4 minutes away with car called akasya.

I liked the size of our family suite. It was big and comfortable for all four of us. The staff were very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is very nice in a trendy neighbourhood. We had a big balcony over looking Çamlica Tower. The Room service was excellent.

The breakfast was okay but not the best. It had a good variety BUT the items could be cooked better. The scrambled eggs were soaked in milk :( the salamis and deli section in general didn't taste very fresh and si were the salads. They need to renew the items and make sure things are fresh. Thr sausage was done in a strong red sauce :( Bread wasn't all fresh, mostly dry. Coffee was too strong. When I ordered omlete it came burned and extremely salty and the other wasn't done! Also towards the end like the last half an hour, the items finish and they don't refill it. So lots of items but they are badly prepared and cooked. Basically the hotel needs a better chef for the breakfast.

Location is hotel is amazing! Public transportation, shopping mall and many restaurants and cafeterias are close by. Hotel was so clean, staff were so helpful, breakfast was tasty. Also they have garage.

- Cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. - Daily housekeeping. - Very Friendly, helpful and kind staff; especially Mr. Ozan and Ulvi. - I was really impressed by the location as I thought that it is remote from the attractions and services, next to the hotel there is a cozy outdoor center includes supermarket, restaurants and cafes, as well as the shopping malls that is less than 10 mins away by taxi, which you can ask the staff to request you a one. - The rooms were exactly the same as shown here and the air-conditioning was cooling. - On the contrast of the rest hotels I’ve been in Istanbul, the elevators were spacious and never been busy. It will be definitely my first choice to stay in at the next time.

- Important to mention that there is construction work next to the hotel, but it wasn't a big deal for me and my family, and we fully understand that it’s out of the hotel’s control. As well, the work wasn’t really early at the morning. - I would appreciate if there is a clarification concerning the connected room, which I think it should be added when book next to the other room choices, because I wished that I've known that before I arrived to get one.

Great breakfast with daily variations. The stuff was extremely friendly, helpful and the service was amazing. The Hotel seems to be pretty new and lies in a calm, green and safe looking area. The Metro is just a few minutes walk away. Many accessories in the bathroom so that you can feel home from the beginning.

We were missing glasses or cups in a normal size, such as to drink water, there where only two tiny cups for drinking tea/nespresso. The table was not really usable since it was just a small section above the fridge and no chairs.

- We were greeted with fresh fruits, nuts and fresh orange juice on arrival. - The hotel is new and it is located in business area, close to 2 shopping malls, Starbucks, restaurants and bars. - The area is well communicated being close to 2 metro stations. - At the entrance of the hotel, there was always lemonade and fresh backed goodies. - One waiter was really great, always smiling and with a good attitude, funny, polite, give that man a raise.

- The soundproofing of the rooms can be better (a general thing to the hotels in Turkey). - The breakfast was too repetitive (i would have liked to have some vegetable milk option, but this is just nitpicking). Suggestion: a dinner/half board option.

- Very friendly staff. It is worth mentioning that the gentleman that served shift nights during our stay was exceptionally cheerful and willing to help and greeted us each time with a contagious warm smile. We didn’t interact much and we don’t even know his name, but we surely appreciate the warmth. It contributed positively in our experience at the hotel. - Quiet and peaceful hotel and neighborhood - Relatively small and not crowded - Clean

- We weren’t able to connect smart TV to wifi with the code we had. It would be better if this option was possible (Tbh we didn’t ask the staff to help, may be we weren’t able to do it while it was actually possible)

Very quiet position and had was easy to get in to Kadikoy, around 90tlr. All staff were really friendly and very helpful! Nice and clean hotel with a gym Breakfast had a wide range to choose from and very nice food Room service was very good and the food choices, portion sizes and quality were excellent

If I was being picky we had a non smoking room on floor 3 which was supposed to be non smoking but someone obviously was. Not the hotels fault but some idiot needing to smoke and couldn’t be bothered to leave their room

The service is really excellent! I come to Istanbul minimum twice a year since 13 years and I be tried almost all 5 stars hotels but this hotel based on its service is a five stars plus hotel. Incredible staff, so helpful and welcoming! always greeting and smiling but also attentive. Excellent breakfast with new items on a daily basis. All staff speak English very well and this is rare in Istanbul. Brand new hotel with generous amenities, full kit and free coffee, water and tee. Top clean with always nice smell through the hotel and in the lifts. Cosy and relaxing lobby. I really recommend it and will come back for sure! Around the hotel there are a lot of decent cafes and restaurants as well as a Starbucks. The train station is a 10 mins walking ( just in case some people have difficulties to walk).
