All staff from reception to cleaners were very nice, polite and helpful. Most staff at least spoke some English, which was a great help. The hotel was kept cleaned and mainted well. Staff were very attentive and helped me through out when needed. The beds were very comfortable. Tea facilities in the room was provided. They have a small cafe open in the morning, which for 100 tl you get a good buffet breakfast, really lovely

Just a polite improvement - being a muslim country they should have Qibla signs in the rooms, and shower pressure was slightly low, I think installing better shower heads might do it, as the taps had good pressure. Also the hot water kept going up and down, but I think they may have had work going on locally by government, not sure.

Breakfast should be improved. Air conditioning is fixed 20 degree on 3th floor and can’t be changed, finally room become very cold. If you open the windows, you room will be noisy.

the only thing that I did not like was the location, it bit far from the city center, but still not bad if you want to discover asia side of the city

This was a beautiful place to stay and had great customer service. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot!

The heating in the room was turned up wayyyyy too hot, we were sweating in the bed because it was truly out of control. We turned what we thought was the heating down and opened the window but the road noise is extremely load with the window open so had to suffer from the heat

The hotel is very good with a clean room, a comfortable bed and a nice bath. It is about 25 minutes (walking) away from Tavsantepe metro or Kaynarca Marmaray station. Bus stops are very close. To the SAW airport, it´s 10 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by bus, so very comfortable. You have some super markets and good restaurants nearby. The hotel personal is very kind and friendly! All you need for a good stay! It was a great stay and I would recommend it!

the room was split so two rooms, there were two bathrooms, lots of space, plenty storage. the staff were so helpful.

rooms seem slightly unfinished with plaster on walls, and a crack in tile, but over all was lovely. walls are thin so could hear the snoring from next door, and next to a busy road so can be noisy at times if window isn’t closed properly.

Everything, mostly the staff and especially a young beautiful girl Shirin - she was sooo professional, speaking at least four or more languages and always willing to help, just admire her 💖

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Bathroom, towels and bedding were clean. Refridgerator and kettle supplied, with coffee and tea daily. The hotel will exchange currency. Close to SAW airport and near bus route. I ended up extending my stay.

The hotel is on a busy main road, so it is very noisy all the time. It is far from most attractions, so you end up spending a lot of money on transportation. Carpets are old and dirty.
