everything was fine, except for the last day of my stay when one bag of presents disappeared from my room. I reported at the reception they were trying to find out something and in 15 minutes they would let me know that they knew absolutely nothing. absolutely unprofessional for a hotel of this type.

Location and view is excellent. The staff was also very helpful. When I came book to Istanbul I wish to stay again in the green house Pendik.

The cleaning of the hotel is not like 5 star rating, they should improve it and breakfast is also good but not excellent but I like one thing most that there is all type of coffee available for free in breakfast but other 5 star hotels charge extra for this.

The location is fantastic the view amazing from the room and both the garden and the Seaview. The staff are extra helpful. I love the breakfast and the room is really clean. This is my favourite hotel. I do recommend it to all my friends and family.

Basically, I like everything about this hotel I love the food, the breakfast are amazing The room is very clean the stuff very helpful. The Wi-Fi is I’m sorry there’s nothing I don’t like about this plus the location is fantastic, so close to the sea, so close to the centre and so close to the Metro

The hotel location is great, it has sea-view. The hotel is not far from the train station in case transportation to Istanbul tourist area like Fatih is preferable to be used. The parking and breakfast were good. The room service from restaurant was good with an affordable price similar to fastfood restaurant at shopping center.

The room was a little bit warm even though when the AC was ON. Due to the winter time, the problem solved by opening the window, but the noise then come into the room :-|

spacious and clean rooms and beautiful sea view. I like it there and preferablly good place to stay if you are visiting Istanbul city. Train station at short distance takes you straight to Sultanahmet city area for just 30 Lira (£1) in an hour. I would recommend this hotel as long as the air conditioning system is fixed. We did not try their food or other serives such a spa etc so cannot comment on them. Outdoor pool is seasonal and was closed during our stay in september.

air conditioning - not worth staying here during hot weather because cooling is not so good. We had one room with perfectly working AC but the other did not work as expected. During hot weather it would be very inconvenient here unless air conditioning system is improved. Staff should show some courtesy and be customer friendly. Work on your attitude!!

Everything was clean, the beds were really comfortable and the view was excellent. The walls are thick and well isolated, hence why you don't really hear much noise from outside the room. They usually have some taxis on standby outside the hotel so it's easy to get by, and the trip to the airport costs only 5-6 euros.

The reception often times doesn't answer the calls from the room. The food from the room service menu was very bad, so I highly recommend not to order anything there. There's only one way to enter the hotel, and it may be hard to find. Also, there's usually a que in front of the reception, so you're forced to wait.

near to airport, near to Marmaray Metro Station, nice and quiet room, very comfortable bed, all installations worked well. Supermarket is near. Seaside park and promenade for sunset walk is near. Also the "Monica"-Restaurant at the sea with tasty food if someone does not want to eat at the hotel. Brilliant gym.

the elevator sytem and the orientation at the floors to find your room is bad, there should be better signs. More personell should be able to speak english (but they are friely and helpfull). Charging hotel clients using the pool is a "no go" (better charge the room with 5 Euros more, gives a better feeling to the guests and a better fix calculation for the hotel too)

fabulous bed! the biggest we’ve ever slept in and supremely comfortable. A big hotel with very large lobby means meeting people there is simple for small meetings. Bistro was good, not great but good enough with prices reasonable for a hotel.

Not always great with Housekeeping, having to ask for more coffee or water etc although once we asked they were quick to oblige. The “Gourmet Restaurant” is misnamed as its an open buffet style of ordinary foods. on entering the restaurant area we were greeted by “ you need to pay, money wanted!” by a staff member with little English. Not impressed! Use the Bistro, it’s comfortable and has a decent menu although not quick to serve food. sandwiches were, I think, from frozen bread rolls defrosted in a microwave and were partly hard and dry as a result. Otherwise a good place to eat and meet.
