The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city of Istanbul. It’s a short uphill walk to the nearest metro station Osmanbey, and the local area of Nisantasi where the hotel is situated is really good for places to eat and shopping. Taksim square is one stop away on the Metro. The hotel facilities are good, with its own restaurant and one next door which is open till 2am.

The room was nice and clean and spacious. Although is was obvious that other guests were smoking inside their rooms and the corridors, there were cigarette butts on the corridor floor. The staff did not clean this up very well.

Huge room with most comfortable bed I ever had. Personal was friendly and helpful for any need. Very clean and great breakfast. Location is perfect to explore Istanbul City center. Price was really fair for the comfort and service you receive at the hotel.

Spa area! The pool was way too cold and not heated properly. The sauna areas were partially not working and shut off to save costs. After asking to turn them on, it was only working for a couple of minutes. Concierge service was trying to sell way overpriced shuttle/transportation services (30€ for a 10 minute drive?!) and was not able to call a single normal taxi with success.

the facilities like the swimming pool wasn’t that good and the hotel has a policy to buy a cap so to cover your hair so you can use the swimming pool and it cost 30 lira . the location also not perfect.

Checked in on 11/02/23 had the best check in experince very swift as it was 2 am was very tired staff were very nice although they did take a deposit of £100 which i was unaware off but it was understandable! The breakfast selection is massive there is a variety of foods available some of them aren’t the greatest quality but most of the food is amazing and great variety freshly made. The senior staff member yelda don’t know how to spell tall women was amazing she spoke to me made me feel welcome and asked me if i had any concerns told her I was happy with everything but she went out of her way to upgrade me *free of charge* to a junior suite they swiftly moved my luggage over then called me to check everything was okay. Half an hour later I received complimentary fruit tray which was amazing have posted on my socials which i have a big following on the hotel is unaware of! so none of this is too make me advertise this. Also was told that if i didn’t like the breakfast I could tell them what i would like for breakfast and they would try their best to have there chefs accommodate my request! Honestly the best 5 star hotel even though it could do with minor improvements such as taste of food I feel like they are trying there best and the room view is amazing the bathroom bathtub has jets almost like a jacuzzi in your bedroom! Honestly really happy I’ve stayed in many Crowne plaza Hotels this one really lives up too it. Will be visiting again as I am coming to Istanbul again in July! Thank you for everything

The shuttle to Taksim square did stop at a certain time however some hotels don’t even offer this service so Appreciated

The rooms are Very clean, cosy and quite, with good facilities. Staff are very kind , friendly and helpful.

The location. Actually the hotel is situated in the good place. But It’s busy and traffic everywhere. Difficult to find a taxi, even when Hotel staff orders taxi for the guests.

We got an upgrade and got a larger room, thanks to the customer relation manager (Yelda). The pool was great, it was like a VIP for us as there was no one swimming. The hotel price was reasonable.

-Wearing swim cap should be written on the hotel information before booking as it's obligatory. -Hotel's restaurant was over price comparing to other restaurants and the quality wasn't special. -The isolation is not very well and you could hear a lot of noises but I've heard they're gonna renovate it. -The hotel street is crowded and also without an appropriate side walk, a little dangerous. -The breakfast wasn't perfect and the food variety isn't good enough. -The air conditioning had a problem and didn't work properly. -When we wanted to check-in, the receptionist wasn't in the mood and he didn't even say hi or welcome, he only said "check-in?". -Generally I would say it looks like a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star!

Location, price and also the Guest relation person (I think her name is Yelda) ,she treated very responsibly, respectfully and helpfully.

The information section people were very fraudulent, especially for getting taxis for hotel guests.They falsely told me that there is no yellow taxi available today and they wanted to charge me 750 liras with private taxi for the route where the taxi fare is 130 liras.

Very Efficient and helpful staff. The front desk staff especially were extremely kind and proactive. The hotel is very secure. The shuttle service is a good bonus.

The rooms are good but they could probably further elevate and make them more modern. Lighting in the rooms surely need to me more bright. Air conditioning needs to be more efficient. The location is good but a little away from the main attractions. It’s quite a reasonable walk to Taksim/Istiklal.
