The property was close to supermarkets and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and always checking in with us to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. Great value for money

The knives need some sharpening and some more cooking utensils like spatulas

We didn't like that towels were not changed a single time in four days. We didn't notice anyone cleaning the room.

The rooms were exactly as in the pictures, everything was very comfortable. The location is very good, close to Taksim and Istiklal Avenue but still away from all the noise and crowds, absolutely worth it. The staff tho - never seen more sweet and welcoming people in my life. They were there for us all the time, always made sure that we're doing okay, extremely polite and easygoing. Even at times when we couldn't understand each other they would find a way to help us and be satisfied with our stay. It's a 10/10 for me, would definitely stay there next time, if they would have us back.

The location was good. Although a back street location with nothing to see outside the window. Ten minutes walk from Taksim Square. Staff made us very welcome and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was in need of a serious upgrade. Shower leaked badly and the doors would not close properly. Apartment door hard to lock and open. Had a safe but not secured, powered or working. 4 Star hotel pricing but nowhere near that standard.

A perfect place for a one to two nights stay for tight money. The place is very clean and well-kept. Comfortable bed in a enough large room. The shared WC and bath are also very clean and is no trouble to use as there are just a few rooms in the whole complex. The public transportation accessible just nearby!

The rooms are very empty which gives a strange vibe!

Management arrange pickup facility from airport to hotel with early check in ,all stuff are excellent behivour, cooperative,very friendly,homely feeling,give me necessary information especially thanks to Hesham,Riyad and Mostafa,more advantage for me ,they can speak English and Arabic ,I strongly recommend but not suitable for old man, childdren due to incline road from hotel to main street,if use Uber taxi (very cheap) then okay, price wise very economic

After two months looking for a place to stay in Istanbul for 10 days with my family, I chosed Overland Residance. It was a great stay for 6 people. It would be better if the apartment had a dishwasher. The apartment was clean and the staff was kind and caring people. We heard so many unpleasant stories about renting a place in Istanbul, that's why we were cautious! I am fully pleased with our booking and I suggest Overland Residance. It is located in a flat street, but you have to climb up another short street to reach to the main street (3min walk). All the supermarkets and necessary shops and pharmacies are around and it is max 15min walk to Taksim square.

Lack of dishwasher!

Excellent Hosts at Overland Residence. Very helpful and caring. I traveled with my young family and we were very comfortable staying there! I would like to specially thanks Mohammed and Hisham as they were the people who were at the desk. Well Done guys for your help and courteous attitude : I shall no doubt visit again soon.
