The location is great! It is a walking distance to taxis, metro buses, and istiklal Street. So if you are looking for a place that has a lot of transportation options, their location is perfect. 💯💯💯 Where the apartments are located, its on a downhill and in a semi-residential area. If you are up for everyday morning hike, this is a place for you 😄 No need to worry of walking at night because every alley is well lit and you will see police cars stationed in each alley. Almost all small stores near the apartments are open for 24 hours. There is one grocery/market store near the apartment and it has everything you need. Apartments are cute and neat, simple and nothing too fancy. It has everything you need. Especially if you are staying in Istanbul longer, a kitchenette and a washing machine are a must! The staffs are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They can speak English fluently. If you need to fix something in your apartment, they will gladly help. They also have the PCR test, so no need to bother to go around and find another place for the test. Generally, It is a modest apartment with humble staffs. Our family enjoyed Istanbul for 14 days (and a group 14 guests--children and adults combined!) and if I will come back to Istanbul again, I will surely book this place 💖💖💖

No elevator but it is normal to have no elevators in the type of buildings around Taksim. The apartments are so close to each other.

Like always the place meet the general expectatives.

This time I was at the most right building of the establishment. I didn't like the studio this time. There was a smell from the tube but not very strong. Really prefer the main and the left buildings.

The host was very nice and welcoming and provided the needs during the stay period.

The reception is not on the same address with property. It is 3 houses next. It is not mentioned on their page. they respondet in 2min on booking and met me. The furniture is tired.

Staf is very good, we forgot something and they save it. A week after we came and take it back.

The shower was extremelly dirty. The hot water failed every day even the stuff was supposed and willing to fix it but at the endn i couldn't have a hot shower even a single morning.

There are no pictures that they put up for introduction and it has nothing to do with the room that they rent, it was an extremely dirty, scary place with no facilities.

I don't know how booking.com shows such a lie. These pictures were completely false and there was a dirty dirty room with no wifi, very hot, no shampoo towels, very bad and dirty wrought iron bed. This was the worst place.

The photos didn’t match the reality, the furniture is old and it’s not clean, the bathroom was awful and doesn’t smell good.
