The property is very simple but satisfies all the needs for 1-2 nights perfectly. Was happy to see a refrigerator, kettle and be able to leave my stuff at the reception

The bathroom has some mold and there is no toilet paper holder, the kitchen has no mugs, only one glass. The refrigerator is full of ice. All of this seems to be fairly simple fixes for the owners to make the place top-notch!

Absolutely excellent location. You can either walk to some central areas or get an easy transport. The staff, especially Yasar was such a great guy. He helped me about everything, especially about food. Because I was sick for a few days and couldn’t really go out to eat. He made everything he could to make sure I have food delivered to my room. He even offered to get medicine for me etc. I could clearly see he is a very good soul and loves what he is doing that he is perfect at.

The hotel and the furnitures in the room themselves were a bit old I have to say but I personally think you still get more than what you pay. I stayed for 6 nights where there was absolutely no time something didn’t work.

Maybe blackout curtains or shutters on the windows, to make it dark in the night.

The room was tidy and clean, and the location couldn’t have been more central. A great place to explore Beyoğlu from. The best part of this property are the staff, they’re extremely friendly and quick to fix any issues as soon as you mention it.

The bathroom shower didn’t drain very well, but this wasn’t a big problem. Also, if you put the ac on the coldest setting it drips.

Nice apartment 2 bedrooms for family. Location is very near to Taksim meydan and istiklal street. Lots of groceries, restaurants and coffee shops. Big thanks to Mr Yaşar he was very helpful and friendly. The room was equipped with some kitchen utensils, electrical stove, fridge and they provided towels and cleaning on alternative days. It has elevator. It's recommended for families.

Location is perfect close to Taksim Square. My stay was comfortable and even booked another night when I returned to Istanbul. The staff was amazing, spoke English, very friendly and super helpful. The man in the afternoon and night shift was amazing. I would recommend this place and will come back soon.

the location is great. taksim square is very close like everything around it. it is not necessary to go across Taksim Square to İstiklal Caddesi

it needs a little more cleanliness, bathroom, under the bed, balcony, etc. satellite program on TV, a little more dishes in the kitchen....

Host is good and friendly. Location is right next to the Taksim square main road so that's a plus. Also good value for money.

Sheets could've been cleaner earlier, wifi is kind of slow sometimes, but not that big of an issue. No elevators btw - so you have to climb a lot of stairs.

Great location , near takcim meydane , metro station , bus station and istiklal street ! The neighborhood is safe , the staff are amazing so sweet helpful and freindly ! I recommand this place 👍🏻

We stayed at this facility for 1 night with my wife for business reasons. The location of the facility was very good, we could reach our work location very easily. In the evening, we went to the restaurant around the corner to eat, it was delicious. The facility rooms were also quite sufficient for two people.
