Lovely hotel with great facilities. Clean room with towels, slippers and toiletries provided. Reception staff were friendly, especially Serkan- he was so helpful and made our stay so easy. Great buffet breakfast available and bottled water/coffee topped up in the room daily. The location was ok, took us around 30 mins to walk from Sultanahmet but there is a tram stop opposite the hotel so that was very convenient. The local area had many shops/restaurants nearby. Great views from the restaurant terrace.

We booked a deluxe twin room but had to stay the first night in a small double room. The second room had a drain smell in the bathroom but was clean otherwise. Lighting is very dim in the rooms. We would have liked a landmark view as per room description, but that was not available. These were all minor issues and our stay was very good overall.

The staff are very friendly and professional, they are helpful, and can speak different languages. the location is amazing, near the tram, which can connect to all locations in Istanbul. the rooms are clean, service is awesome, and great breakfast and location.

the neighborhood is clean, there were some stereo noises till midnight. the doors are sound proof, but since the stereo from the shops under are high sound it was a bit annoying, but not always.

Staff are very nice, especially Nejdet ,serkan and Mohamed .in general all the staff is ok. Location is perfect ,one step to metro station. I would recomend this hotel to those who wants to enjoy their time in a crowdy area. Rooms are really clean ,lobby is nice and big.

Breakfast was fine. Location is very good, about 1k from Grand Bazaar, located beside a metro & tram stop & with lots of shops & restaurants in the immediate area. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

It would have been nice to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel but there were many options all around the hotel.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. The facility is very clean and there’s huge range for breakfast, I often travel to Istanbul and this will always be the hotel I will stay in from now on. 10 out of 10. I felt at home, it was a very warm & safe feeling being there.

I loved the hotel, staff were amazing and respectful. We enjoyed staying at the hotel as a family. The food is delicious, rooms are clean, room service was offered every day. I would like to thank you for all the staff who tried so hard to offer comfort in our two weeks of stay.
