I am very pleased that I chose this hotel. The best rooms, clean, tidy, comfortable, with high-class interior. I really liked the iron and small ironing board in the room. The service staff is very warm and attentive. They know English well. Breakfast is very varied. All transport metro, tram, bus are available at a very close distance, which was very comfortable for me. There are also shops and a shopping center nearby. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends. I spent 5 nights here and didn't want to leave at all. Thank you very much for creating such quality. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was impressed by the service, comfortable accommodations, and a good location offered by this hotel. Upon arrival, the warm welcome from the staff immediately set the tone for the rest of my stay. The reception was efficient, and I was quickly checked-in and provided with all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff truly made me feel valued as a guest. Rooms were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, while the well-designed work desk and complimentary Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The room also featured a clean and well-equipped bathroom, ensuring a refreshing start to my days. One aspect that truly stood out was the exemplary service provided by the hotel staff. The staff members were not only friendly and approachable, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. From their prompt response to any queries or requests to their genuine interest in ensuring guest satisfaction, the level of service was truly commendable. Special thanks to kind-hearted Farhad from the reception, Deniz from the breakfast and Aynur from the clean service. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities that added to the overall experience. The complimentary breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious options, catering to different preferences and dietary needs. The inviting lounge area was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a beverage after a day of exploring the city.

The location is not ideal for a tourist like me but it takes about 10 min to Sultanahmet by the tram.

I liked the breakfast and the fitness room and the whole atmosphere in the lobby. People were friendly.

The cleaning of the room was not good for that class of hotel. Even after talking to service desk personnel the ground wasn't clean. When we arrived foreign hair was in the corners of the room, pillowcases dirty. The personnel didn't even check later, if cleaning after that was good. Nothing really changed during our stay.even after twice telling.

BREAKFAST was a good spread . Bathrooms were good. Beds were comfy.

I had requested a non-smoking room, but a smoking room was given and the room was smelling of smoke. I requested a change, but they didn't have a similar type room. Since it was just for one night, we didn't quabble about it. My son didn't like it as it did have a strong smell. Hotels should ban smoking in rooms in my view. Guest can always go down and smoke in the open area. The front office manager was kind and allowed us a late checkout, which was very helpful.

Everything was excellent: location, hotel design, availability to top tours sights, personnel, cleanliness and overall comfort. Much credit to Assal and Nuh at the reception desk, the guy who made omelette every morning for us by request and the cleaning service.

Disappointed with breakfasts. Thought the choice would be much more richer (very less meat, desserts) Nevertheless the food was fresh and tasty.

The members of staff were exceptionally friendly. They also offered complementary muffins (which taste so great) and drinks. Even with out having a concierge, the members of staff were very helpful and always tried to ensure we had a good stay.

Not sure considering their business model. We hoped for a meeting venue and a provision for lunch and dinner within the hotel. Stepping out especially during the winter to look for a good meal could be quite inconveniencing.

I loved how the staff was so friendly and listened to my need, we did have an issue with one staff member with red hair who did not help or was not friendly however the remaining staff were perfect and we could not be happier

Nothing apart from the fact we did complain 3 times about the relephone

Nice breakfast, early check-in available, heating/AC services available, comfortable beds, great location with lots of shops close by and very close to the public transport tram line, short distance to several tourist hotspots

It wasn’t really clean, and the staff should really work on the language barrier, more English at least. Also the breakfast wasn’t nice, no variety, couldn’t eat much! And they started charging extra for frying eggs! Sigh
