Hotel is excellent for calm and cozy stay, and also could be convenient a work trip. The location is good, 10 min walk from Marmaray station, Kazlıçeşme, which is a connection to Asian side+metro lines (one station from Yenikapı metro station). Olivium Outlet shopping center is 15 min walk, also there are several markets and stores in this neighbourhood. Room was clean and quiet, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Towels have been daily changed. Wi fi was excellent. Breakfast was correct, and there are small stuff like chocolates and drinks to buy on the reception of the concerts. The staff are kind, helpful and responsive.

the staff were super friendly, helpful and caring..many thanks to all specially Beker and Eren, they were very professional and friendly at the same time. the hotel location is the best, its not in the middle of the busy areas, a very nice neighborhood called Zeytinburnu, that has a very nice places to visit, at the same time it is close to Fatih, Capacity Mall, and the Yedikule castel, and the hotel is a walking distance from the main train and bus station where you can reach anywhere with small budget, also the sea is very close where there are several public free parks, suitable for kids and families with restaurants and cafes around. i really consider it the best option for long stay in Istanbul. our stay was in winter and the hotel is very warm and cosy, specially for kids the lobby is a very nice place to spend time, its wide, clean and comfortable the garden is extremely nice the hotel is extremely clean, it always smells nice and clean,, i really liked how clean it is, from the moment you enter the hotel you will know how clean it is.

the rooms were very small, and the furniture are also tiny, the bed for 2 is really for only one person, specially if you are huge or tall person you can't feel comfortable in such beds. there are some plumbing issues in all bathrooms, we changed our room to another one because of this issue and yet we didn't find a big difference. the breakfast is the same everyday, no change, its a little boring for long stays.

Everything was fantastic! The hotel is very comfortable, we felt at home. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the reasons for choosing the hotel is that it has its own parking lot and is near the city center. And we want to express special thanks to Ayten, the woman who takes care of our room: she is a very warm person. Also special thanks to the smiling guy at the reception (sorry we didn't ask his name) with whom we found something in common: the Macedonian language. ...... This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel for three days. I can confirm the quality stay again. This time we asked for the name of the boy at the reception, who has Macedonian roots: his name is Eren. Many thanks to Eren for the suggested Marmara sea view room and for the excellent service. The underground car park was closed for renovations, but the staff helped us park our car in front of the hotel.

1. THE MAIN DISCOMORT was there is no room attendant in the Hotel which I have not seen in any other hotels. Even though the nice front office gentleman delivered the item once even though not his work, i went myself many times when needed some items. It is very uncomfortable while staying in such a nice hotel we are going ourselves to the reception from the room to take our requirements. 2. The Plumber who was called for fixing the pipe was rude in talking (I don't know his voice is like that)

Really enjoyed the hotel, in particular Damla Çakir really looked after us really well. I also used the fitness centre (while watching the world cup final live), and used the business centre. I'd purchased a highvolume data package anticipating the hotel WiFi would be rubbish, but it was actually really excellent, and really made the whole experience very conducive. Overall, an excellent experience, and would definitely visit again.

Breakfast and overall food options could have been slightly better.

Very nice hotel for very resonable price. On good location very close to Marmaray about 200m and 2km from Tram station. Taxi was very cheap and coast about 35TL to Aya Sofia, staff in hotel was very frendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice and tasty. Parking for car was perfect and safe in garage and free. We will very much recommanded this hotel! Rooms was clean and good organisated. Thank you for nice stay!! We come bac Istanbul!!!😊🥰

My husband and I loved our stay! The hotel and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed their breakfast selections as there were variety of different options. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The entrance to their parking lot was a bit difficult as it was a bit narrow and small, but other than that everything was wonderful.

The young gentleman who met us at the reception was extremely kind and helped us with transportation, he even gave us his card for the metro. thanks again! The room was clean, the hotel too. There was a lot of food to choose from for breakfast, I have no complaints. The hotel is located next to the metro, so the old town can be reached in a few minutes.
