I love the location where the hotel is located and it is in the middle of down town where all the shops are and recommend the hotel for the budget travelers

The location is perfect. Close to EVERYTHING, all amneties , banks, train, restaurants and clothing shops for business.The staff is very peaceful,friendly , helpful, they go the extra mile.The hotel is a peaceful environment.

The breakfast is not the usual English breakfast to expect, it is not something i looked forward to. The TV would not switch on no matter the many ways i tried.You only get free water in your room for the first night. The kettle code was so short that boiling tea water required me to support it with so many things so that it would reach the plug.

Bed linen and towels are clean and changing every day. Slippers, soap, shampoo. The heating is good (we stayed in March), the water in the tap is hot right away, you don’t have to wait for it to drain. Hearty breakfasts. The location of the hotel is very good and handy, next to a bus stop, train, metro, an ATM next to the bank on the corner, cafes, shops, a pharmacy, everything is nearby. Bus stop from/to Istanbul airport also is nearby. The staff was polite and helpful. Definitely I will stay next time in this hotel and advise to others as well.

not all rooms are good size we needed to change the room but the staff ware very accommodating

Very nice location. Aksaray is the best transport hub for Havaist (shuttle directly to/from airport), metro, tram, buses. Vicinity to cheap (for Europeans)/non expensive (CIS countries) shopping with emphasis on clothing, baby clothing, shoes etc. Do not forget to bargain even if you think it is cheap ;) Decent breakfast. Not the formal breakfast of boiled egg, tea and bread with margarine you may find. Enough to be full - very nice for such cheap hotel price. Friendly staff. Readiness to help, bringing all needed iron, scales, etc to room. Helping with bags. They even on my request brought cake and flowers as we came on the birthday of my wife (of course paid separately). Staff speaking Russian Arabic and English.

Considering the price, the hotel was pleasant surprise. Cleaner than similar ones in area, polite and professional staff, also the breakfast varied enough and tasty.

Reception on the first floor and small rooms and bathrooms, which they cannot change. I missed an omlette and more fruit for breakfast.

It was nice staying at Rio Hotel. Many thanks to Mr. Düzgün and Mr. Musallam for their warm welcome and polite behavior. Also Many thanks to the housekeeping staff for daily cleaning and changing the towels. Clean Hotel. Perfect location. Delicious breakfast. Good room size

It would be nice to add a safety deposit box in the room

Well located for the places I needed. Friendly staff. Had a very good coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker but the coffee was so enjoyable.

Would help to have a lift all the way down to the road floor. Breakfast was very basic, may help to have more variety.

It was very clean, the staff in reciption were good specially someone called BOTAN.
