I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by several aspects of my experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean and newly renovated, featuring modern furniture and interior design. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro to the airport, with the overall journey to the Sabiha airport taking a little over an hour. The hotel also has its own restaurant, offering a good selection of dishes at reasonable prices. Additionally, there are numerous medical centers nearby, making the hotel a popular choice for patients visiting these clinics for treatments like hair transplants and plastic surgery. The area is also rich in cafes and restaurants serving traditional Turkish cuisine.

There were a few drawbacks. The single beds are relatively narrow (~85 cm) and the mattresses are very soft. I almost fell off when I moved towards the edge! Another inconvenience was the WiFi connection, which requires verification through an SMS to your phone number. The SMS messages were very unreliable; I had SIM cards from three different countries and only received the verification code on one of them. This could be an issue for guests without international roaming.

I was moved to a larger suite after spending the first night in the twin bedroom. I didn't sleep at all in the twin room due to external noise. Also room was not good value for money.. very small and clostraphobic. The large suite was excellent and worth the. I survived my trip by watching Netflix. The 🛏️ was clean and tidy. The suite was large and a more true reflection of what I paid. The reception staff changed my bedroom when I expressed my concerns. Also breakfast was average.

I didn't like the first suite at all. Too small and the television lacked netflix etc There was a wire sticking out of the wall and the room was very noisy at night. I didn't sleep at all and couldn't have stayed there for a week. It washed worth the £400 I paid. However this review score is based on the larger suite which I swapped when I expressed my face to the staff.

Staff during all shifts are cooperative & welcoming me, including technical support staff. Even during Ramadan, exceptionally without requesting they offered me to service suhor meal instead of morning breakfast. Once arrived they upgraded me to a better room. Once I requested a late check out at 14:00, they were cooperative & never bothered or refused or asked for an extra fee.

TV, channels cable & internet needs maintenance ! It was hardly & too slowly loading ! WiFi internet was good; but TV internet cable needs maintenance.

the variety of food in breakfast

We have stayed in this hotel for one week, it was great experience, the stuff was helpful! Room is clean, great view, very calm street but close to metro station. Also there are some cafes of Turkish food near the hotel. Everything was good, only breakfast is a bit simple, not big choice of European dishes but I believe they will add something more:)

The cleaning staff was not collecting and replacing dirty glasses however when I was asking to do, they were very helpful and immediately taken action, no complaints about it, but there is a point to take care! Also room had smoke smell but I got used to it. In overall, I had a very good experience there

We choose the Anatolian side this time and we def not regret it. 3 days here were great - we had a complimentary free upgrade & free parking provided on site. Breakfast was ok but we enjoyed it outside as it felt like in a hospital with people coming from clinics after their treatments. All in all, amazing location & amenities. Very accommodating and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, good location within 15 min walk to the metro M4 line (direct connection to SAW airport and the center of Istanbul). I liked the shower and there are nice amenities available in the bathroom. It is also within walking distance to a number of office towers, so traffic can be avoided. There is quite a number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The whole place is very new, recently opened, which is always a plus. I really appreciated the free room upgrade and the hotel was very accommodating in approving my stay extensions, due to unexpected business trip changes.

the property is so clean and modern! everything is new! rooms are big enough! Breakfast as written is complementary serve in plates but it's really good, including warm (eggs or omelette depending on the day) and cold foods (cheese, jambon, vegetables, fruit, honey, jam, butter), different kind of breads, cake. It is a bit far from touristic sites if you don't have cat but for those who have a car the location is perfect, and you can park your car for free. overall we really enjoyed staying at this hotel, if we go to Istanbul once more we definitely choose here again!

they did not have many stuff and no one was not there to carry the luggage to the room

It was a mesmerising trip and experience. The hotel is incredible, the staff is perfectly attentive and welcoming: my room was upgraded without price rising. All interior design is modern and well-put-together. The room is comfortable: splendid size of the room, a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, appropriate table for working and having food. The internet connection is very good in the living room: it was a key point for me. But there is no limit to perfection. The kitchen staff was not needed for me, so the lack of appliances was not crucial, but there is something to improve.

For me, everything is wonderful.
