Good and very comfortable hotel with nice location that is near Kadikoy and Uskudar. Nice rooms, very good breakfast, nice personnel and service. This hotel is an excellent place for business trip but not for holidays/recreation and the reasons will be below.

It doesn’t have spa zone (or at least nobody said a word about it), it has outside pool, but it’s on a shadow side, that is very windy until afternoon, and it’s not comfortable to swim in the first half of the day. There is no any bar or restaurant inside the hotel. As it was said before this hotel is good for a short business trip, but for a holidays, or long vacation trip.

rooms clean, got room service morning and evening for food, because I was after surgery. has good indoor pool, my child enjoyed it for 6 days.

food I would rate 4 out of 10. we got raw chicken wings for dinner for my child. not the best menu for food. there was dog barking outside every night could hear him(sure nothing to do with hotel) breakfast too expensive 19€ per person it’s crazy. one morning they charged us 25€ extra for breakfast for bringing upstairs, even though breakfast was paid when we arrived. not sure why because before they didn’t charge for room service at all. wi-fi always disappearing couldn’t watch Tv properly had to switch back every 20min or so.

at the top 15th floor I heard and felt very weak elevator vibration

Breakfast was really good but in such hotel pre made waffles which were heated in microwave is something ridiculous. This needs to be fresh.

how comfortable it is

I wished the house keeping service (cleaning) was a bit better. one of the toilet paper was finished and it wasn’t automatically changed to a new one. also, I asked twice for things. on the first time, I asked for plastic bags, they took a long time to send them (like 30 minutes). and the second time, I asked for A4 papers, and they weren’t sent to me at all.

It was only one night in a family suit. The staff were great and checking in and out was smooth. Location is great and near by to malls. We would come back Thank you

The hotel needs some refreshing in my opinion. When we were given the keys to the room, the room was not ready, one of the staff was installing the crib and fixing the sofa bed with bed sheets, and later delivered extra towels, so we had to wait for him until he got done (not his fault) the hotel reservation should have notified housekeeping earlier...

My company email account was hacked when I worked in the lobby with my company laptop. Some bathroom apparats need to be changed, shower corner silicon's needs to change Housekeeping should pay much more attention to toilet clean

Very nice hotel, great and safe location, wonderful service. The wifi also was pretty fast. The room was fairly clean. Specially thanks to OZKAN who helped us a lot during our stay. He helped with the luggages for both check in and check out and he took care of parking our car every single time. All the stuff were very friendly and so helpful. They did everything to accommodate us, they even had a scale to weight our luggages which was interesting because not all hotels has it. They also had a tape which we needed it to wrap some stuff. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to everybody. Thank you

room service need to be a little more faster, some of the times they even forgot to bring our needed stuff and I had to call them again but it’s not a big deal

lovely property the staff were superb from Ertan who assisted to Ezra and Fatima in the restaurant they were very attentive. it has to be the best breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed in aswell. the only thing which let it down was the swimming pool was out of order the whole time we were there. I was disappointed with this .

Stayed 5 nights, bed & linen gave perfect nights sleep. Perfect shower. Wi-Fi was excellent. Great choice for breakfast each morning. All staff most helpful.

Placed a room service order which seemed to have got forgotten about. Received food what felt like an hour later.
