Location, awesome view opens from the last floor, where u can enjoy your breakfast, wait for the sunset and chill every evening.

Taxi to the airport (SAW) costs enough expensive - 500 liras. We have been instructed that it will cost more if we will arrange by ourselves, that their offer is much better for us. Later it became known that we could save our money and pay less. From another side we don’t blame them, business.

The location of the hotel is very good - near to many sightseeing attractions. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was very satisfactory, served on the 5th floor with wonderful view of the sea. For those who will be attending the Istanbul half-marathon in the future, the finish line is very close to the hotel, making it very convenient for quick return to your accommodation.

As with all accommodation of this type in this area of Istanbul, which is full of small and busy streets, parking is an issue. This had more to do with our choice of transportation, rather than a negative side of the Malakat hotel. Even though parking facilities are available in the area, in general, we recommend that you come to Istanbul by other means of transportation, than car.

I liked location and staff which was friendly and helpful. Requested extra sheets and duvet cover and it was dealt straight away. Breakfast bar is on top of the building an has nice fiew. About 30 minutes walk to Ayasofya Camii. Overall I liked it very much taking in consideration PRICE and location. Don't expect 5 star hotel for fraction of the price.

Bit small for four persons, no kettle( staff always ask if you want tea or coffee-free). Cleaningnes could be better, bit outdated furnishings and bathroom. Breakfast was very simple but nice tasty olives, bread, egs and all the rest. All was cold- we came always 15 minutes before closing time, but anyway nothing was heated. Anyway we had everything we needed.

Perfect hotel to stay if you want the best location with lovely and helpful staff members. Everything is close by. The rooms were perfect for us enough space for everything and a comfy bed. You definitely get your moneys worth with the breakfast included. We got exactly what we wanted a bargain priced hotel close to everything. The lady on the desk is amazing she gives you all the tips and where's best to go ect. We are very pleased with our stay here and will 100% return to the same hotel.

The property had amazing view on the 4th floor. And a very informative receptionist. She was lovely. And wasn’t cheesy who was just trynna sell some tourist packages. Spoke to us like a friend. The property was clean.

There is no lift service in the hotel. And also we had huge suitcases to carry. And there is a spiral staircase in the hotel. It can be difficult to carry huge suitcases on a spiral stairs. There was no help. We were asked to until 9PM for suitcases.

Location is good, close to tram and bus. No elevator, but really helpful staff. View is nice from terrace, breakfast was delicious. Room spacious and safe for 3 women. Cleaned once during 3 night stay, but it was not an issue. The balcony room is not luxury, but it's worth it. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. There's a mosque close by so expect to be woken up really early by the call to prayer if you keep window open.

the location is very strategic near to grand bazaar and Sultanahmet blue mosque. the reception guys are very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay even they arranged for our trip to Cappadocia and Pamukkale from A to Z. the room is simple which worth the price and the view from the terrace is amazing. definetely we will come again and stay here!

My stay was great. The breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. Great value.

The walls were pretty bare. No ambiance. Zero views in the room but you don't come here just to stay in your room so this wasn't a dealbreaker.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave excellent advice regarding itinerary, how best to get around and places to eat which made our stay in Istanbul all the more special. The location is spot on for the main sites and transport links. Having a good breakfast with the Terrance view also makes staying here an absolute pleasure

the stay at the Malakat hotel went very well. thank you to Assia who helped us a lot and guided us in our activities. the hotel is in a great location, you could do a lot on foot. the hotel is also very clean, the room was made every day. thank you to all the staff. the breakfast lady is a sweetheart. a big thank you to her. and finally the spa is great. and Myriame is brilliant and massages very well. very nice rooftop terrace with magnificent view of the place
