Very helpfully and friendly staff. Hotel is nice and clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the breakfast offerings. The selection was quite poor, with very few options to choose from. There wasn’t much in the way of fruits; one day there was watermelon, and the next day, only apples were available. Additionally, guests were required to wear masks and gloves while getting their food, which seemed unnecessary and a bit over the top. Overall, the breakfast experience did not meet my expectations.

Nice and helpful staff. Location not central, but with easy access to various means of transportation. Breakfast was pretty good and quite varied. The room itself was also in good condition and well equipped.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the parking arrangement is a little unorthodox: you need to leave the key at the reception, so that they can move your car in case it's needed, as the number of parking spots is limited (wide spread problem across the whole of Istanbul, as far as I can see). They're doing a good job, though. Haven't had a problem because of this the whole time I was there :) Some people may not be too comfortable with this though... The room I stayed in was on the top floor and when I got there, it was extremely hot - 35C or so. It would also get hot during the day while the sun is shining. Fortunately, you have the option to leave the air conditioning on while away, which really helps :)

Everything was perfect, I really liked everything. I came with my friend for shopping in Cevahir shopping centre and hotel make us free transfer to shopping centre in a first day and we appreciate it a lot. All staff are very nice and kind, last day was very kind receptionist Admen, thanks a lot for everyone 😊😊😊

Not enough English speaking staff, in the restaurant they don't speak any English, don't don't know even simple words like Milk, tea, sugar..... In this hotel many people from others countries who stay in hotel and don't know Turkey so in hotel must be sure staff who speak good English.

Good staff. Good location, 3 minutes to metro station Çağlayan ( M7), 30 minutes by foot to Kağıthane metro station (M11, airport line). A lot of place for eating are around.

Spacious room, kind and friendly staff and good breakfast.

My room had only small window facing the wall of neighboring building so it was always dark in the room. Hotel is located on the steep slope and you need to climb upstairs approximately 400 meters if you want to reach the metro station.

the staff was accommodating and the connected room was perfect, breakfast was not bad,

parking was an issue, staff will ask you to keep the car key in the reception. for an omelet, you need to pay extra !!!

The room is big and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is good. There is normal coffee (not so often in Turkey).
