The big barkada rooms, the gym, the bar, the swimming pool, spa,the very accomodating staff, the sumptuous food, the convenience and of course very patient staff and very efficient sales managers.

We liked everything..

The facilities were nice though we didn’t try to go into the pool. Ot had a resto which was favorable to us. The staff were very accommodating. Free breakfast was okay.

The staff was vary kind And attentive to our needs. We have already rebooked a 4 day stay next month. 😃

The location was good, it's on a quiet street and close by two shopping centres. The beds were comfortable.

It could have been cleaner. There were wet patches on the carpet, the bathroom fixtures had soap scum and the plastic bath mat was yellow.

Food was great, staff were all polite and with all smiles.

I booked a barkada room, it has 2 comfort rooms which was nice but it was all smelly and not so clean. Both CRs had a leaked bidet hose. The water went all out to the main door. There were no bathroom rag so we just did what we could to stop the water from coming out. Called the receptionist reported the problem and said they'll send a maintenace person. We waited before we went out for dinner and no one came. We came back to the hotel and still not fixed. Called again the receptionist and waited but no one still came. So we just went on with our evening and sleep as we had to wake up early for the early morning mass. Secondly, a few of the pillows kind of smelly and you can also see in the ceiling some cob webs.

The location is good, the barkada room is very convenient for big groups. However, they were very unhelpful. You will only be able to access the floor where your room is located which is a big hassle if you’re staying there for an event i.e. getting your make up done in a different room or prepping for a wedding that’s being held in the same hotel. You would probably say, you got what you paid for, but for the amount we paid? We COULD have found somewhere else that offers better amenities and customer service.

The front desk officer, i noted her name was Eda, was extremely defensive when we voiced out our concerns regarding the access card. We weren’t offered assistance when bringing up our bags. It all felt very inhospitable.

Booked 2 separate Rooms for 6 people ( 5 adults and 1 child ) emailed them a few days before arriving to notify them there would be 7 of us and to make sure we could still fit in the two rooms. Arrive and told we have the LARGEST rooms but on going to the rooms found both had a very small double bed so 2 beds for 7 people, went to reception and complained to be told nothing else available. Walking away to go shopping my partner told the staff I wasn’t happy and pissed off so on returning found they had changed both rooms, the first a small double bed and single bed and the other room 2 single beds. Staff didn’t make any attempt to move our belongings from the old rooms to 2 floors up and we had 2 very uncomfortable nights squashed in the small rooms

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It has been nothing but a series of inconveniences. First, the check-in process was frustrating. Although the standard check-in time is 2 PM, I wasn't able to check in until 3:30 PM, and it wasn't just me—everyone in the lobby was also waiting. Second, I requested an iron and ironing board, which you provided, but the iron's power socket was so loose that it caused sparks when I plugged it in. This is a serious safety hazard. I asked for a replacement, but the new one had the same issue. It took over 30 minutes for a new one to arrive, and despite calling the reception multiple times and being told "it's on the way," no one came until I went to the lobby myself to follow up. By this point, I was running late for a party, which was very frustrating. Third, the AC in my room wasn't working properly. It felt as though there was no AC at all. I reported the issue, but the response I received was to "monitor" the situation, leaving me to suffer in an uncomfortable room. Overall, this stay has been extremely disappointing, and I expected much better from your hotel.
