The hospitable reception was very much appreciated. Kevin's cheerful aura made us feel welcomed. The availability of baggage storage even after check out was really a great help to tourists like us who still have time to explore the city before the flight. The room's supplies and amenities were so far complete based on our needs (e.g. water, coffee, mini ref, hot&cold shower).

Comfortable bed and good size of the room.
The bathroom cleaning can improve (but it is not bad). Close to the hotel there is a basket court, and by night there is a lot of noise, it is difficult to sleep.

We booked Cebu Quincentennial for our last 2 nights in Philippines after returning from Boracay. We checked out for our 1.30am flight to SG which was cancelled last min after we reached the airport due to the volcanic eruption and rescheduled for 6.30pm the next day. We called the hotel and asked if we could come back and not only did they happily agree to give us the same room but also let us check out late. What a blessing of a staff, we cannot thank them enough. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was superb and the hotel was walking distance from Ayala center mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location with clean rooms. Toilet, shower, bed, tv - everything is fine. Iron can be barrowed from the reception. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot in the basement with service minded parking guard. The staff is in general service minded. Toilet paper, schampoo and water needs to be refilled every day (included of course). The location thirty meters from well sorted grocery Landers is a plus.
The aircon (AC) works well and nothing to complain about that - except of the noise and its location very close to the bed. If you want to have comfortable temperature in the room you need to have the aircon on and that means you have to live with the noise all night long. The good thing is that you get used to it..

very new hotel ,only one year old so was very nice . staff were amazing . good room ,comfortable bed ,lots of TV channels to choose from. shower pressure ok not strong but ok. Has a small restaurant which didnt try but seemed to be limited choices but there is a spanish/filo restaurant at front which was very good .About a 10 min walk to the amazing huge Ayala Mall where you can find all what u need from shopping to fast food and so many restaurants I lost count and had dinner there 4 out of 5 nights I stayed.. It does have a very strong catholic religious theme unlike I have never seen before ,its everywhere so that might be concerning if not Catholic.
I think a design fault with the A/C right on wall next to bed and was a bit loud so I wore ear plugs and was blowing right over you. I asked for city view but the windows are completely covered over ,can open small window only. probably done this to stop to much light as the blinds are not adequate . maybe take film off windows so can see and fit proper sun blocking curtains.

My visit to Cebu was highlighted by the fact that my 5 night stay was made hassle free by the decision to stay at this very clean and modern facility. Safety and security was never an issue as there were on site security staff and a 24 hr front desk. The staff at the Cebu Quincentennial Hotel were very warm and accommodating, the concierge, Mike…helped arrange for a tour package that allowed me to appreciate the various attractions of this beautiful area, and ultimately led me to visit the whale sharks in Oslob, Cebu. Hotel definitely rates 10/10

I really can't find fault..I know the review says I stayed 2 nights, but it was so good I stayed a week! Firstly this hotel has extremely efficient security, based outside on patrol, who also, if you require a taxi, will check and record the drivers status (licence etc) should you have any problems at a later date, they have a record to pursue, this is just an example of a customer-focused staff and a great hotel. Secondly the hotel reception is manned 24/7 with both a helpful receptionist and concierge, both totally focused on giving you a great holiday, Mike, John, etc I already miss you, and your local knowledge! In-house they have a lovely little restaurant, with a nice coffee bar, this was a bonus to me as I'm a caffeine junkie. The hotel itself, might put some folks off, it's religiously themed, but this hotel was built in 2021 to celebrate 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines (hence the name) by a conglomerate of local businessmen, with fascinating displays and some lovely artwork in the lobby, so it's the theme of the hotel rather than being a religious building. The rooms...easily on a par with any Western 4 star I've stayed in, key card entry, 24/7 hot showers, REAL clean rooms..not just look clean, keycode room safe's, great AC, fantastic powerful free wifi (mines was as powerful in the room as in the lobby), kettle (which was spotless, this is often overlooked), cups, glasses etc, and a mini fridge..4 cold ones makes all the difference when you come in from the heat! Complimentary toiletries as standard. Laundry service, which I used, comes in at 400 pesos for a 5kg bag, I sent down two bags before 9am (the cut off) and had everything back at 2pm, clean and folded...meant I flew home with clean folded clothes. TV with all expected local and international channels.
Nothing, I genuinely couldn't find fault. My old job meant I practically lived in Hotels for 30 years, so i often catch out a place that seems good, but is just covering the cracks...couldn't find a thing wrong here.

The staff were really lovely! The front desk staff were kind enough to let us use the phone a couple of times to make local calls, since we don’t have a local number. The housekeeping staff were great! We don’t usually ask to have our room made up every day, but they were attentive and asked if we needed any additional toiletries. If we ever needed anything, they brought it to our room quickly. They cleaned the bathroom quite thoroughly when we did ask for our room made up! The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was quite spacious. We didn’t choose to get breakfast included in our stay because we like to sleep in and explore neighborhood cafes, so I can’t comment on that. The location was walking distance from the mall, which had plenty of dining options. We also had no trouble getting a car from the lobby.
The only thing that would have been nice is a refillable water station. Other than that, I can’t think of anything!

The hotel is a beautiful option for those guests arriving from the nearby islands and needing accommodation before their onward journey. Or, perhaps, guests who have nearby meetings. The best part of the hotel is the kind and welcoming customer service of the staff. I wish I could remember all their names, but one of the front desk staff members, Gretchen, was so kind and helpful with the checkout process and our transfer to the airport. The hotel security/concierge (can't remember name) was also superb ensuring that our taxi driver who dropped us had treated us fairly. Thank you for your hospitality. The buffet breakfast included with the room rate was superb and included an assortment of Philippine and western cuisine.
The room did not have a particularly appealing room -- looking out into a back street. However, this was not an issue for us.

The rooms were very clean and staff super friendly. The food in the restaurant was tasty!
The rooms are slightly dated and need some maintenance. Also, air conditioning is extremely loud and is located near beds, so if you are a light sleeper this might be a challenge
