This hotel was a nice surprise. Close to the airport, you can pay 100 Turkish liras for taxi to get there. Although they do provide VIP ride to the airport, which we also used once. Despite the higher than taxi cost, it's more convenient, with a driver you can trust, and AC which many taxis in Istanbul do not use. So, that was also good and worth the money. It just depends on your needs. The staff at the hotel is super nice and accommodating. We had a couple of additional requests during our stay, and they were taken care of with courtesy and respect. Comfortable beds, nice room. I would come back and stay here again.

I recently had a long layover in Istanbul and decided to book a hotel near the airport. Plus Hotel Express was a very good choice. Airport pick-up was easily arranged with my booking and communication was excellent regarding the pick-up point. Check-in was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was still open when I arrived. Had a nice meal before getting some rest. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk arranged for my transfer back to the airport the next morning. Mahoman was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend Plus Hotel Express for a short stay near the airport. The hotel and staff totally exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is 12 minutes away from the Istanbul International airport which makes it perfect for a night or two if you are having a transit. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and polite. The room is clean and big enough to enjoy your stay. It has everything you need and the price was great for the experience.

the location is great, it’s just about 15 minutes from the IST airport. the staff is great, very welcoming and helpful. the room is tidy and clean it’s a perfect close spot to get some rest in between flights.

Good option if you have an early flight in the morning from Istanbul Airport, approximately 10/15 minutes drive from the airport, staff at the hotel were all very helpful, organised an airport shuttle for us the next morning, not much in the area where the hotel is located, we had a really nice meal in a restaurant 10 minutes walk from the hotel called Dürümcü Musa Usta Havalimanı Şubesi

There was no duvet provided, only a thin sheet, I know it's the middle of summer, my wife is Kazakh and likes a duvet..... 🙃 Price for the room is a bit on the steep side considering the location of the hotel, it's located on a fairly busy road, traffic noise most of the evening

The staff was the best part of our experience. Belal handled our reception when we arrived for check-in. He was so helpful in our room accommodation and arranging our airport transfer for the next day. Belal went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Belal not only spoke English but Arabic as well. So the staff is very diverse and able to cater to a diverse population. Its a great and affordable hotel that's only 12 minutes away from Istanbul Airport.

The location was about 10 to 15minutes drive from the airport. I arrived quite late around 2am and the reception was warm and welcoming. The staff helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. Breakfast was nice, not buffet style, but they serve you with a nice platter. Honestly, the staff are so kind and helpful. Irfan is the best. He helped me with a charger head to charge my phone. They can arrange transport for you to see the city. They also helped get a taxi to the airport when it was time to leave. I felt comfortable and welcome at Express Hotel Plus.

I wish their room door has an internal latch like hotel rooms I am accustomed to.

Great location. Very friendly staff. They have a sister restaurant in town with a free shuttle service that had great food. Breakfast was great and they let us stay for some tea before our flight.

TV was not working and when we asked for help they they forgot to call back to fix it. Also, *do not* get them to book a taxi to the airport for you. The one that showed up looked fake, drove incredibly dangerously with no seatbelt and charged way way way over the average!!

Wish I could rate this Hotel 100 stars. The hotel was well kept. The staffs were really nice also. My boyfriend had a friend of his come over to the hotel and we honestly thought they weren’t gonna let him into the lobby even but on getting downstairs with my bf, his friend was totally welcomed at the lobby and served a tea even, I was shocked and surprised by their hospitality. We will definitely be coming over again. And a big shout out to Irfan, he is a really nice staff and will be hoping to see him still working there when next I visit. He arranged a taxi pick us up from the airport to the hotel and dropped us on our way back also. He also texted us afterwards on getting back to Germany to know how our trip was. I really appreciate it. 100 starssss and see you soon again Inshallah

I have never been disappointed by this hotel. This was my second stay with them and the workers are just as friendly as ever. The worker named Irvan is just way beyond nice. A traveler who was also lodged in the hotel and whom I assumed had a layover in Istanbul airport didn’t have a jacket with him and it was really cold and even snowy, irvan offered the man his jacket and the man appreciated that so much too..it just melts my heart to know that there are still very nice people out there like irvan who is a worker of this hotel. A big thank you to all the workers. I will see you soon again in 3 months Inshallah 🙏🏽 And Teşekkürler once again.
