Relatively big flat , best staff ever ( speak English very well , friendly & cooperatives ) Everything close to you like supermarkets , restaurants close to journey areas like Sabanja or Shella . It's family fat 100%

I absolutely loved everything. The staff: Haydar, Orhan, and Erdinc were so helpful, always smiling, nice, and polite. The make you feel like it’s home! They gave me Turkish delights as a gift when I checked out - thanks so much 😊 They arranged for early check in free of charge, upgraded me to a bigger apartment free of charge, late checkout free of charge. The apartment is super clean, new, large rooms, sparkling washrooms, spacious kitchen. You have everything you need: AC, heaters,TV, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine. Supermarkets are nearby. Great and awesome staff. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I loved the hospitality of the staff: Orhan, Haluk, Haidar. I loved living in the middle of the authentic Turkish community. I loved the cleanliness of the room. I loved that everything was working as it should be. I loved the area it is really clean and has lots of facilities that covers all your needs during your stay. Just a piece of advice, while the hotel is amazing and the location is amazing, if your stay involves a regular commute to the European side, this place may not be for you due to harsh traffic conditions. That is not to stay that the hotel is less than amazing! If I would stay again in Istanbul I would not hesitate to stay at Princess Residence again

It was great stay. The apartment was really nice and newly build with excellent cleanness. Its ideal if you can arrange your own transport and can travel to various places. They had parking included in it as well. I will recommend for families with own transport as its significantly more value than staying in Sultan Ahmet or any central European place.

They should have included basic kitchen cleaning products such as dish washing liquid etc as it is difficult for travelers to buy all of this.

This place is absolutely awesome especially for large groups. We were seeing family after many years and had reserved two apartment to have enough room for everyone. Everything about our stay was wonderful; the apartments are spacious, bright, and spotless. You get a large living room to hang out and eat as a group but also have the privacy of your own bedroom. It really feels like you're "home." Having a full kitchen with dishware and cookware is also a plus, especially if you're traveling with family and can't eat every meal outside. The space aside, the hotel staff are phenomenal. From day one to the checkout time, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Orhan helped us move from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom for a discounted rate, and Erdinç always patiently and kindly answered all our questions. I don't know all the staff's names but they all deserve a big shoutout for making our family reunion a great experience.

The location is a little far from the "touristy" things, so if that's your main purpose in visitng Istanbul you should have a solid transportation plan! One thing that could have been helpful was to give the guests a code for the main entrance. For example, we discovered a great borek place nearby that was open from early morning, but it was a little hard to get in and out without having to wake someone up at 6am at the front desk! Something to perhaps consider for the future.

The property was was nicely designed and very well lit. It was not in the main city but not that far either. The perfect vacation house for a big family, to get away from the normal city life

The flat was spacious to accommodate 6 people with 2 bathrooms and kitchen was well equipped which made us feel like home...staff was very helpful and available 24 hours for any service wanted...a room service which includes cleaning and supplying towels, soap, toilet tissue was done everyday...Ac was working well in all the rooms ...flat was clean and furniture is new...a tv with more than 50 channels is installed in living room...wifi is available and free...car parking is available ....if I need a PCR test ask the staff they have a contact who will do it at the apartment with a very reasonable price compared to other facilities ..

This time we stayed at the 7th floor and no elevator reaches that floor If u r coming in summer the 7th floor is the hottest and the ac is not cooping with temp when it pass 35

Good property on the Asian side with good malls close by. The staff were nice, especially Haider, and they were all helpful. We had a good comfortable stay and would recommend the place.

If you’re looking to go to the popular sites on the European side, it is not far but the traffic in Istanbul is crazy, would recommend taking the metro or staying on the other side.
