Exceptional service. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Close to Marmaray train stop, shops, restaurants, and more. Wi-fi was really good and reliable.

Breakfast was great!

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was nice and big. It would've been nice to have a sheet or duvet. The window looked out into a back passage, not very nice.

the staff was really nice especially Miss Guler. She was very friendly and helped out a lot. The rooms were tidy and nice. The cleaners were so friendly. The area around it was great, close to supermarkets, restaurants and easy to commute via ferry, train and bus.

It would be great if we could connect our phone to the tv and download youtube on the tv. Would of been nice to add some pastry to the breakfast menu.

the location is central Kartal, with many public travel links, speedy buses, normal hop on buses & the train to get you about. hotel has many shops, good food places & deserts in the area our fave desert was ‘dragos deserts’. The hotel breakfast was delicious & plentiful with lots of options. The European side (sultanahmet is 1.5 hour away- with a bus to Kadikoy & ferry ride (recommend this) or get the train from Kartal to be there in 50min).

the lights on the room were dim- at night there wasn’t much lighting in the room.

Wide choice of food at breakfast, very nice decoration, and furniture, especially in the lobby. We like the garage facility. Ver good location.

There was a terrible cigarette smell in the bathroom coming from the ventilation, bread was dry/ not fresh at the breakfast. The train is a bit close, and it is quite loud till late night.

The hotel was ok: clean room, good breakfast, smiling staff. The connection to the city center is very good: Marmaray is very near. (1 hour trip to the city center).

The hotel is not very well located among the other buildings. It is not so close to the șea as seen in the pictures. The breakfast has very little meat.

Ours was an overnight stay, just as a stop-over. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it before leaving for our next destination. The hotel is quite accessible from the main road and it has a good view of the sea on the other side but unfortunately, we got City View. The locality is very good and everything is a stone's throw away distance.

The room was very small and congested and due to kids' beds, it became more congested. Hotel management was well informed and they should have given me a better room but then it was a matter of overnight stay so adjusted. The parking area is not safe to drive in so be careful. I checked in at 10 PM so maybe there was no one for valley parking.

price vs what you get is great.

breakfasts are overwhelmed by people. And there’re so few things you can really eat. So, the breakfast has no value. nearby Marmaray is a great thing to use to reach other parts of the town, but is a bad thing to listen to. and the hotel is located just near the railway. so, it’s uncomfortable to sleep.

Lovely nice hotel with all the facilities and modern bathroom. It has clean linens and nice sea new from the room. I took this hotel as it is convient to Princess islands. Also, it is located in nice convinient neigbohood. Breakfast is really full and tasty, I had enjoyed a lot.

I forgot my mirror there but it is MY fault.
