i liked the welcoming at reception and kindnessof Mr.Hamza at reception when we checked in there and his eagerness to assist his clients

having 2 bathrooms in 2 bed room appartment would make it fantastic

The apartments were clean and specious.It has good number of closets to put clothes on. The kitchen was convenient and supported with needed utensils. The Gym was decent and I liked the swimming pool. The hotel staff is friendly and in particular the ones in breakfast lounge (Ayfer and her colleague) The Hotel location is close to Migros Supermarket and restaurants options are There Great stay and highly recommend for families

The two bedroom apartment has only one bathroom that could be improved by having two for each room . I have a trouble with washing machine as the door got stuck and I had to compensate because of the door got broken.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Hamsa and Inan. the room service and cleaning staff very good , polite and really friendly to us and our kids. Very well maintained property.

The location is bit outside Istanbul and the metro ride during peak hours can be painful due to rush. The breakfast with 20 Euros per person does not justify the local pricing. We did to book breakfast. A lot of breakfast is available around the property and a good supermarket is also available in same building 50 meters away. A swimming cap is must in swimming pool which we had to bought from hotel.

Very well maintained hotel. A fair bit from the tourist areas of Istanbul, which means the area is quieter, but with Istanbul's traffic also means a reasonable journey to get to them. Very good to have parking. Everything worked well in the room. Front desk was friendly. A supermarket just a couple of shops away, and some good restaurants too.

Overall the front desk was very good, but we had some issues with follow-through, in which we would discuss something with the desk for the next day, would be told everything was arranged, and then the next day be told they didn't do that sort of thing - in one case just ordering an over-sized taxi; what hotel of a Radisson level doesn't know how to order a taxi, even a large one? It was never anything major, but just the sort of thing that should be ironed out.

Great location ! Quite area with a supermarket, restaurants as well as pharmacy nearby. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly especially Ayfer, Hamza and Anas - thank you so much for the hospitality. The apartments are spacious and offer a great deal of sunlight with a balcony on a stunning view. All of the required amenities such as fridge, dishwasher, ironing board and iron as well as washing machine, electrical water kettle are provided. I will definitely be visiting again and staying here as well as recommending Radisson to family and friends.

the resection Mr.hamza is very polite person and he is really gentleman I really respect hem even all the staff is very nice and the breakfast staff really helpful and they serve everything with a nice smile the location of the place is perfect everything near you the place is secure and safe and there is a basement parking with safety gates the room service is excellent the Ac air conditioning works perfect i really enjoyed my statement with my family

there is only on bathroom is the Apartment with 2 bedrooms the breakfast is good but need more choices

- staff very helpful and welcoming specialy Inan he was so helpful. -apartment is spacious and well equipped - there is a good Gym. -Air-condition was very good in comparison to other hotels in Istanbul. - restaurants and supermarket are walking distance

- location is a bit far from main attractions. You need a car for each time you go out. Nothing around the hotel except some restaurants and supermarket. - there is only one bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment.

It was a spacious apartment that me and my children enjoyed with a great view. This was a little balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of tea. I didn't book my stay with breakfast so I can not rate their food but all along the hotel are many restaurants and a supermarket, which is very convenient. There is free parking in the basement for your car.

the king bed is small for two people, when we arrived the floor was not clean both of the living room and the bathroom, the handles of the drawers in kitchen were not clean too.. but after we asked them to clean it, they did immediately cleaned it all..they also didn’t refill the coffee bar after each cleaning, so we had to call every time for little more sugar or… but in general I will recommend it to people and friends

everyone was super nice! we arrived very late and the reception guy had upgraded our room and it was very spacey and good:) they checked on us a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. the staff was the best! overall very good hotel, friendly staff and var spacious roooms :D

the one thing I didn’t quite agree on was the 20 euros for the breakfast. I was expecting much more to choose from but the breakfast was really small. so I didn’t buy it again, but maybe I would have.. had it cost less.
