Every thing was good: the rooms , services , location , staffs and employees . I want to thank Emrullah and Mehmet in the hotel . They were very helpful and kind.

- Staff: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were all really great. - Location: The location of the hotel was great. right next to the Gungoren Tram Station (T1 Line) which provided access to the entire city center. One day we went to the city center by tram without using a car. Also, the hotel was right next to Kale Outlet Mall and relatively close to the wholesale clothing area of Merter. - Clean: The rooms were clean and sheets were changed every day. - Parking Security: Parking security was acceptable and the room number was checked every time.

- Parking : The parking lot did not look interesting and was small for this hotel and did not have enough space. If we returned to the hotel late, in addition to the lack of space in the parking lot, there was no space on the street and we had to give the car key to the hotel staff. - Deposit : Upon arrival, you have to pay in advance to use the hotel facilities, including breakfast or minibar. of course, in the last days, because we needed money, the deposit was returned to us with good treatment. - Balcony : The balcony had access to other rooms. I woke up one morning and two people were talking on the balcony in front of our room.

I am Samir from Algeria. This hotel is excellent and luxurious, close to the tramway. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, as if I am sleeping in paradise. The housekeeping service is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff are very wonderful. They made me feel like the owner of the hotel. Thank you. I will never forget the days I spent with you. Thank you to Mr. Mehmet. You were kind. Very much with me. Thank you to Mrs. Nazli. Thank you all. I spent ten days in the hotel. I did not see a single defect. I recommend this hotel. Believe me, you will not regret it, and do not believe the negative comments.

There are no flaws, everything is beautiful

My stay was great as usual in this hotel. It is always like I came to visit my family. It's been my third stay here and each time I was welcomed by a friendly,helpful, caring and emphatic( in my case ) They are doing their best for the well-being of the guests, but in my memory are Nazli, a very nice lady who was very attentive to my needs and accompanied me in my sad moments, trying to make me feel better. Not to talk about the reception staff, exceptionally mentioning Yusuf, who welcomed me very early in the morning ,very kind and polite. Thank you Ramada, I will always come back to you . Moreover, I recommend you to all my family and friends for your location, comfort, warmth, etc

1.The hotel reception was good and people were welcoming.. managed well in English 2. Look of the hotel from outside was not great .. but inside it's good and beautiful with Starbucks and bar counter to enjoy and menu for midnight snacks too 3. Room clean and services were good .. room cleaned everyday and refreshments added 4. Tea coffee soap shampoo conditioner kettle iron with stand available 5. Pool and gym nice so was the sauna and spa

1.however spa was not working on the Male side .. that's disappointing 2. Location far from the Attractions so need to take tram. Tram station is just 100 meters away

I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Merter. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a short distance from Istanbul's historic attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Especially my cleaning lady Maya, who was a superstar. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Merter was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

While my stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Merter was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was occasionally slow, which could be frustrating when trying to work or browse the internet. However, this was a relatively small inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant experience.

very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with very comfortable beds. Quiet room. There were no noises from the street etc. The location is great. Close to the tram, close to the shopping center with shops, restaurants and a Carrefour grocery store. The €12 breakfasts were good, but they didn't impress me. towels changed quite often. Coffee, tea and water for free. Inside the hotel, Starbucks. We are very pleased with our stay. we will definitely come back here again

I always stay in this hotel because of experience staff who are working in this hotel I have to mention and thanks first ms nazly she is an excellent experience person in management team. Also the reception staff yousif at night and bushra at morning. The cleaning staff. Within my staying time I feel I been home and treat it perfectly which normally except for a 5 stars hotel. I diffidently recommend this Ramada hotel to anyone want to be enjoying and feel the best hospitality in Istanbul

Nothing at all

The good location of the hotel close to public transport , Outlet Mall, Metro. Although not too large, the room was very comfortable as well as the bed and pillows.Everything was spotless clean. The cleaning service and bottled water were provided daily and on request. There is also a mini-bar, an electric boiling water-pot, ironing supplies, room-service, card access, bath supplies, AC, which make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The reception staff , the guest relation , all the personnel of the hotel worked like a team having all and only aim - the well-being of the hotel guests.They all are very attentive to the guests' needs , ready to help.I can say we felt like among family and it was worth every penny . I will recommend this hotel to everybody going to Istanbul. Thank you Ramada and see you again.
