Amazing location, close to Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet Square. Tram stop is 3min walk and metro station is 10-15min walk. Breakfast spread was good, especially for vegetarians. Olives, cheese, salad, bread, fresh fruit, fried veg, eggs and some cured meats too. Of course tea, coffee, juice etc. Considering the price, room is spacious. Staff were very friendly, not fluent but most can communicate in English. On my last day I needed to get a taxi to the bus station which was difficult but the manager, Ceren, was extremely helpful and arranged private transport for me + called the bus company to say I would be 5mins late. Really appreciated that!

The bathroom had a very musty smell when I arrived but after airing it out for one night there was no problem. Wifi wasn’t working one night but otherwise worked all hours during my 4 day stay

The staff was awesome and very helpful. i asked them for some information in istanbul and they were pretty happy to help. also, most of them knew english, so it was ok.

The noise from saturday morning, but this is a specific thing in that area. i don t think it s really the hotel s fault. maybe some better windows would help regarding this problem

The staff was great and super helpful. Idris (Super Mario) was great conversation, ordered food for me, and brought my laundry to be cleaned which was super helpful, a very happy guy always smiling. He went above and beyond to help me out. The location is perfect. One block away from the train in a safe area which will take you all over Istanbul and is close the Grand Bizarre, Sofia, Blue Mosque etc. I had everything I needed: Clean bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, wifi, electricity, safe.

Not a big deal at all but some of the towels were a little old. They were 100% clean, just a little older. But this is just being very picky at this point. If you want brand new towels stay at a hotel where you pay 3 times as much.

The location of the Renzo Hotel is fantastic. The Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace were all within a 10-15 minute walk. Additionally, the hotel itself was clean, and our room was very spacious. During our 4-night stay, our room was cleaned twice, which was appreciated. The staff was exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. Rukan, the breakfast attendant, was genuinely friendly and took excellent care of us during our meals. If you're traveling on a budget, this is definitely the best place to stay.

Conveniently located in the central area of Fatih, close to the grand bazaar and sultan Ahmet. Spacious room and all the standard amenities available.

Fabulous Mrs Ceren Reception Lady First time I book this hotel and will not be the last one as I already plan to return next year in September 24. Close to center in Bayazid and close to center of Sultaneahmet very important for shopping and spots places . The staff is friendly and helpful and specially the beautiful lady in reception with a great heart ❤️ Mrs Ceren , we will return as long as you will be here...your so kind and sweet and have a gold Heart. Great location, nice staff, really apreciated that there is no morning prayer from near mosque. It would be to early at 6.21 in the morning. We will definetly visit again when we go to Istanbul

They must put one bed in bedroom and not two single beds together. It is a bit uncormftable if you move in the middle of the beds they are going apart. Otherwise all great. I hope next time we come to Istanbul they will solve that problem.

The location in the old town among countless private shops gives a genuine atmosphere of the city. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was diverse - thanks to Ruken, the hostess of the kitchen. A good opportunity to live in the centre at a good price.

This is a small hotel and the space is limited although carefully planned. Not recommended for people bigger in size :) Please mind that the place is noisy and you will wake up at around 6 a.m. by local shop owners starting their business day or by the morning prayer - the Mosque is right across the hotel.

Amazing staff, amazing location, excellent breakfast and clean room. Renzo Hotel staff were the highlight of my stay. They all went out of their way to help, helping me with luggage and check in early on a hot day, even carrying luggage to faraway taxi place ensuring i was assisted. The rest of the staff were always with a smile and greeting. Breakfast was fantastic, a nice cafe room upstairs LOVELY VIEW with other guests and a variety of things to eat, savoury and sweet and fried, with plenty of bread and drinking options. Always left full and ready for the day. Room was very clean and cosy, was cleaned/tidied every day. You are in the old neighbourhood right next to the main street that leads to all the important places, and right next to Grand Bazaar, the night life along this street was AWESOME. GREAT location.

The toilet in the bathroom is a bit tightly fit, not too much space, rest of the bathroom great

There was always something new to enjoy every morning at breakfast - throughly enjoyed this as there was a good variety of food to choose between. Hotel staff, from reception staff to maids, were lovely and extremely accommodating. Rooms including bathrooms were cleaned everyday which was very important to us. We felt safe and looked after. This property is right off the Beyazit tram line and grand bazaar, so extremely easy to travel to and from.
