The hotel staff was excellent and very cooperative. Lady Izel and Gentman Anil were on reception and they thoroughly looked after us. They even let us stay till 3 pm on our departure day because of our late night flight. Thanks Izel and Anil.

Very few items for breakfast and no change over the period of 6 days. For the price you pay, breakfast is not meeting the expectations. The location of the hotel is very very very far away from the places a tourist wants to visit. You need a taxi to reach metro and then change another metro or ferry and then a tram to reach Sultanahmet.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a recent conference at the nearby university, and I must say it was an exceptional experience.The hotel's proximity to the university was incredibly convenient, and I enjoyed a clean and comfortable room with a magnificent view of the city from the 8th floor. The sofa and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen facilities.In retrospect, I regret not staying longer to take full advantage of all the facilities available. The breakfast was a delight, with fresh pastries that quickly became a daily favorite.What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with friendliness and professionalism. Yigit, the gentleman at reception, was the first to greet us, and he set a wonderful tone for our stay. The entire team, from the room attendants to the breakfast staff, were not only efficient but also exceptionally positive and friendly.Having stayed in Istanbul multiple times and experienced various hotels, I can confidently say that I highly recommend this one. It's a standout choice, offering not just comfort and convenience, but also the warmth and hospitality that truly make a difference in your stay.

If you want to visit the European side of the city it will take time due to the traffic reason.

Far away from center and metro station

hotel was super. The staff is helopful and the rooms are clean, and i loved how tidy the room was reagdless it is with reasonable size but eerything you needed was just there. I was shocked they had a dish washer inside the kitchen which has everything you need sould you wish to prepare home meal. Free WiFi.. location is good near cafes mainly and some resturants, connection to a bus station is really close.

the fact they have no twin beds. however this is enderstandable to utilise the room space. and even it is connected to a bus station (3 minutes walk) you still need more than 1 hour in pulic transporation to reach other areas of interst. Not a big deal if you do not mind traveling time

Amazing new property with excellent facilities!!! I enjoyed the add ons like popcorn. Makes you feel like you are at home :) Staff are fantastic. Good laundry facilities!!! Very good value

Outside of shower could have been cleaned better. Wifi didn't work well at all. Keeps dropping out every few mins. Location is questionable but taxis are cheap.

The room was nice and organized

The building and its facilities are very new, well managed, with a professional look. The room was very comfortable, and suitable for relaxing but also to conduct work, when needed.

The rooms' doors close by itself, but very hard and loud. Also, there were some noises from the other rooms, I think coming from the windows. Not very loud, yet present.

New hotel with spacious, modren, quiet and clean rooms (modernly decorated suites). Excellent value for money. Self service laundry is available, but chargeable. Free valet is available, and self parking is also possible (in the street) They kindly upgraded our rooms.

Breakfast is VERY basic, and one can't even request charbeable extra items (but this is common at hotels who have kitchenettes in rooms). You have to inform them 1 day before if you want the room to be cleaned, but that was not a big issue. Premium Wifi is chargeable (EUR6/ day). But basic wifi (social media/ email) is free if you subscribe into their loyalty program. The area around the hotel is "OK", but not that pleasant.

dirty windows - guys, your view is amazing, you should clean it :) breakfast is boring for long term stay baby cot is bad. this is more place for games, not for sleeping - you can’t see you baby you will hear all your neighbors not enough space for shampoos and stuff in bath only three hangers in the closet
