The hotel location is perfectly and very safety. Staffs are very firendly. Breakfast delicious and satisfying. Bed is very comfortable. Everything is New in this hotel. I am first Guest in this hotel. I did slept New beds. I used New towels.....

Not much around the hotel, but if you have a car that’s fine.

It is new hotel with comfortable suites. The size of the suite was really good and suitable for us (Family with one two years old kid). The staff were really good and professional. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

The parking ground need to be asphalting. The Housekeeping did not sweep and mop the floor for our 8-Days Stay. There is no closed closet. It is open with small area.

The modern layout of the suites were sufficient and comfortable. There is Netflix and very reliable internet.The housekeeping staff was very helpful providing water etc on a daily basis. Fukan from front office was also very helpful in arranging taxis and just general information about the place. The Emaar mall, Water Gardens and Akasya mall were within 20mins considerating traffic from the hotel. Most staffs spoke English.There are cafes within walking distance. You will find McDonald's and Starbucks and other eateries where the SUV sign is in the area. The restaurant at the Kailyn is also good. I recommend to try the lamb Kabab.

Staff: They were superb. Always welcoming and helpful. They always do their best to make us comfortable. For example, we had a special thing that we needed to keep in the freezer every night until the end of our stay. Every night, the staff takes it from us and puts it in the freezer. It is really appreciated. Rooms: large and comfortable rooms. We liked that the room was separated from the living area by a door. Location: Quite area with close by restaurants and grocery stores. Carrefour within three minutes walking. Also, they have good parking area

Housekeeping: Even though the rooms are clean in general, they need to pay more attention to the details Also, one night, they didn't supply us with all the towels, but the receptionist ran for help when we called them. Location: it is better that you have a car.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Location is not near Istanbul old town but with a 10 min Uber drive ( around £3) or 25 minutes walk you can get to IMES metro station where you take metro to Bostanci. From there you change onto Marmaray line which takes you to the old town on the European side. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for everything. We hope to be back one day and get the same room 1405. The views at nighttime were amazing.

My 20 nights stay in Kailyn hotel was convenient and comfortable. I would like to thank the hotel reception staff ( day and night shifts )for their dedication, supportive and kindness . Thanks Mr. Ferit and the tall lady ( forget her name ) for their customer oriented and always satisfying the customers.

I have one concern related to the house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are well cleaned daily. The other concern related to the noise isolation where the hotel was not designed well against noise.

where to start... this hotel is amazing. i was given a room on the last floor and the view was breathtaking to say the least. everything is new and clean, it is very spacious, the bed and the sofa are super comfortable. the room looks just like the pictures. the location was also perfect as i needed to be more on the asian side throughout my stay. the neighbourhood is calm and safe, the hotel is 10min away from the bus station. i had a wonderful time and will definitely come again! çok teşekkür ederim :)

would be nice to add a tissue box! other than that everything was perfect to me.
