Great location. Very close to Taksim square n Galata and Istiklal. Nice room, lovely terrace to sit on. Well equipped kitchen. Nice big lockers. Grocery, breakfast cafes, laundry all very close by.

There are bars playing super loud music all night all around so be prepared to sleep with noise. And there is no elevator so if you get a room on the 4th floor like we did, then be prepared to climb up and down each time you need something.

Location was close to everything, it was a good value compared with price and was also clean.

Not a good place for a solo traveller, It was a really good place but if you plan to meet new people and have the hostel life in s not the right place for you.

Spacious and well-lit room, great location just near İstiklâl, there's a bus stop nearby, nevertheless it's quiet inside the building. Friendly staff and daily cleaning. The common area on the ground floor is a nice and cosy place, and the internet connection is fast in the entire hostel.

Perhaps the door locker doesn't have to be that loud, it's hard not to bother your roommates when entering or leaving. Somehow there was always water on the bathroom floor, maybe a rug or an extra towel could help resolve that. Also, note that the cornice beams for the bed curtains are not fixed, you need to be careful with those.

The hostel was very well located, it was clean and the staff were friendly

Even though it is well located, it is in the middle of a bar and restaurant zone and at night you can hear very loud music from the room which didn’t make it easy to sleep. My room on the last floor had access to the common terrace from the building and they don’t close it late at night and people can still access even though my room is right next to it and again, I could hear people talking loudly late at night. Also it is smoking area but the smoke even got to my room as it was so close. The small terrace/balcony on the ground floor that was connected to the main area is also smoking allowed but as many people smoke at the same time the smoke got through the stairs and it just felt like that was the scent of the hostel unfortunately.

The location is excellent and the bed is super comfy, with good privacy by curtain, individual light and outlet. The shower itself was also good. They left me a letter with instructions to get inside and to access my room since I did a very late check-in (no staff at that time), also allowed me to leave my stuff after checkout since my train was at evening.

The staff should be more friendly in person, since online they were good. The room door has a system that makes a very noisy beep when you open it. The toilet in the evening got dirty since apparently they only clean in the morning.

Comfortable beds, really like the curtains on each bed maintaining privacy. No A/C in the bathroom not really needed as there's in the room, but still not super agreeable to sweat as soon as you get out of shower.. Use earplug as it's noisy in weekend due to active neighborhood, so that's logic, cannot complain about that, and I slept very well with earplug but so you know. Major electricity outage that last about 24h so no A/C (whereas it was +35 degrees) and no possibility to charge phones... I know it's not their fault at all but due to this you can understand I cannot rate my stay as 'great'

The very first that I liked was the staff. The receptionists not only were helpful, special thanks to Emre here, but also answered my questions and suggested how to plan better. The rooms are tiny, might be a discomfort for wider people, the beds tho are very good , every morning I felt rested. The location is good, 3 mins from Istiklal and 7 mins from Taksim.

Not that I didn’t like the bathroom, I just wish it was better. Also, my neighbor was too noisy, but this is my opinion, lol

The place is literally in the centre of Taksim in a quite street, but super close. The whole place was incredibly clean and the sheets where changed every night, which is not common for a hostel. The place is cosy and has all the facilities that you may need.

In the room where I was staying the toilet had some problems and was leaking (clean) water and so the floor was often wet, but for the amount that I've payed I expected that something like this could happen.

Very helpful staff, speak very good English too. Walking distance from Taksim area so it was perfect. Rooms were OK, I managed to find a 2 beds room for women only, so it's good you have this option as well. The room was tiny but you have what you need. There is bathroom on the floor, it was all good and clean. You have a locker under the bed (need to bring your own lock) but also a locker with key provided from them on the hallway. They also offered towel which was great. There is liquid soap at the sink but you should have own toiletries for the shower. Hair dryer available in the bathroom. The common room has some space to hang out or work. They also play very good music :D The hostel is rather tiny but has more floors. FYI there is no elevator, but the reception guy helped me with the luggage upstairs, thank you so much!

As the hostel is located very close to Istiklal street in Taksim area you can still hear some noise from outside. I usually travel with ear plugs so it was fine. Aside from this, the pillows were a bit big for my taste

I did love that I could walk to the place from Havabus stop and Taksim metro station. The location is great! The room was clean and the price was great (30 euros paid for a single room N3). With this amount you can't find anything better. Towels were there, great.

I had an issue finding the place as there is no wifi at the Sabiha airport and public wifi in the city center is working only with a local sim! Luckily, I was able to stop at the restaurant and get wifi there, but it's not a problem of the property. I wish I has a shampoo there included or at the reception to buy it, but it's just a thought. Maybe it's worth updating google maps location and the name of the property there. I believe the name of the place now is Metro.
