The hotel is very well located, close to Taksim Square and a few minutes walk from Istiklal Avenue, which was amazingly convenient for us. Also there is a bus stop nearby, and lots of taxis. The room was small, but comfortable, we didn't spend much time there anyway, as we were out and about most of the time. We really liked the system where we could press a button and indicate not to be disturbed or ask for cleaning. The staff at reception were usually very nice and friendly and there was a lovely cat in the café area!

The bathroom could do with more ventilation and a shower screen, as there isn't a proper divide between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so everything gets wet. Although we had breakfast included, we didn't eat there, we had a look at it and it just wasn't very appealing, it didn't look fresh. The coffee was very disappointing - the only option was instant coffee, which was not what we expected, and it was tasteless.

the most things I liked in hotel are staff, they were very friendly,kind and strive to meet the needs of the guests..😊 The location of hotel is great, directly on the main street, very close to transportation and Istiklal Street.. The room was beautiful with a panoramic view, clean and comfortable.. The breakfast buffet was very good, modest, but it enough for me..

Some notes were not of big deal for me, but I would like to mention them in order to improve performance..😊 - The elevator is very small Bathroom glass wall (you need privacy in the bathroom) - The hand wash basin in bathroom is small, it would be better if it was bigger - need an extra bath items (there was only shampoo) - Installing an electric socket on the coffee corner.

Area

I went to visit Istanbul with my girlfriend, in meantime fiance :D, and we stayed in this great hotel. Staff is very kind, polite and friendly and rooms are perfect for couples. Istiklal street is 5 minutes walk, very close but far enough from loud clubs at night. It is near road, however it was very calm traffic at night and there was no big problem for sleep for two of us, even though we love to sleep long :). Very good position for transfer with bus and 15 min walk from nearest tramvay station. Also very close to metro and Taksim square. I can surely recommend this hotel and we will come back for sure :)

Ahmet attitude can't be beat, he helps in everything with a smile on his face always!!! Highly recommended

In general it was good Ahmed , Adam, the Lady in the kitchen and Genkiz were good. We likes the Hammam. Very good location. We can refer this Hotel to our friends

Breakfast should be ameliorated Room cleaning should be better I hope if the owner and managers don’t let there friends in the lobby every time that’s not on the tourist culture they should consider that ,specially if they are smoking because there are families and kids there. The thing that bothers most is that they keep starring maybe it’s a Turkish culture.

Rooms are the same as all hotels in Taksim Range little small !

the manager was very helpful and loved the sitting area. breakfast is good. how ever it’s a lil far from taksim, the walk is uphill. interior of rooms was very nice but rooms are too small.

1) the location was great, it’s on a main street easy access to taxi from one side and a walking distance to Istiklal street (slight uphill walk) 2) Hotel is newly renovated, clean, excellent wifi, has an elevator, beds were comfortable 3) Breakfast was great and excellent value 4) The staff are amazing and super friendly & always eager to help, special thanks to Ahmad at the reception, he made everything easier for us 5) the rooms were properly heated and the lobby has a nice fireplace and the hotel is good for families

The hotel is great value for the money, it's in a great location with shops on the side, a amazing local kebab place close by that's open 24H (best one I ever had) a fresh fruit store where they squeeze fresh juice for you and also walking distance from Taksim Square. The staff made my stay amazing, you really feel you have a backup on your trip, Ahmed helped me with everything from arranging my trip to Sanliurfa, fixing transport to the airport and other places and many more things, all the staff there go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable, whenever I am in Istanbul I will stay here.
