the room was good and clean i liked the furniture,restaurants and supermarket and petroleum station close to the hotel.the staff was good the hotel has a gym and barber shop and restaurant and starbucks

the wall has no Noise cancellation,there are Constructions near the hotel so it bit hard getting in and out if you have a car.

The property was truly amazing. i had a suite and it looked exactly like the pictures online if not better. the staff were so helpful and friendly especially the manager sehla. i got breakfast with my room and it was a nice spread of food with a slightly different menu each day which was good for variety. i also had quick responses from room service for any issues i had. one member of staff was really helpful as i was struggling to find a restaurant online that delivered to the hotel as i did not have a turkish number he sorted it all out and took my order and called me to come down when the delivery arrived. i appreciated this alot. the room is cleaned well everyday and there is fast food options directly opposite the hotel like mcdonalds and burger king. there is also a mini supermarket below the hotel you will have everything you need. lastly they have a gym and spa which is superb! the outdoor pool was closed as it was april but there is an indoor pool and lots of other facilities to use. i definitely would recommend getting some spa treatments. there is also underground parking.

the menu in the restaurant is abit limited but still very affordable and nice. i had risotto, crispy chicken, cheesbugers and beef medallion. the beef was the best. the hotel is a little far out but is great value for money there is loads of taxis or ubers available within a minute to take you anywhere in istanbul.

Nice stay, as always... we like staff, rooms and location Housekeeping are extremly nice and polite. Reception guy at check in was super nice and helpfull. We are coming to hotel again in few days.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection. There us a restaurant downstairs which is nice.all staff were friendly.

It is a bit far out of Istanbul, but there is a taxi rank nearby. There is some major construction going on nearby, but you don't hear any noise.

the room when I arrived on the first day was not super clean, smudges and thresholds ... there is nothing but food and pharmacies in the vicinity, you have to take a taxi everywhere. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, nice cleaners ... I enjoyed the bathroom the most, its awesome shower. ... the bed and the view are beautiful, I felt very comfortable, it's a shame that the hotel was far from everything.

Very nice hotel. Staff very polite. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping extremly helpfull. Suite deluxe is same as apartment, very comfortable and big. This is our 4th time in hotel, we will come back again. We like hotel especially now after pandemic time,breakfast is served on 3rd floor and planty choises for breakfast and if something missing, waiters help you and bring all you need, very nice people. We will come again.

The noise in the hotel at night near the lift very noisy and small kids screaming running around at very late our.Also no balcony , and the air con kept getting into fault.Bathroom very small for such a big room and the door stupidly placed

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and professional. They provide a great service! I had everything I needed and I really enjoyed my stay. Right next to the hotel there is a pharmacy, and grocery stores. I will definitely come back

Good location, staff were good to me. Allowed a very early check-in, a free breakfast on one of the days. The apartments are self contained. Overall a good experience. Will certainly go there again, for a more leisurely break.

A good location for staying in and enjoying the quiet, no shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. I have to admit I didn’t explore beyond half a kilometre.
