We stayed for 9 nights (with my daughter 18y.old). Our room was on the 23th floor. We liked the view. Also, we liked the interier of our room and as well as the hotel. Really beatiful modern design. So comfortable. It has all the necessary equipment in the room and kitchen has all the appliance. Very close proximity to restaurant, supermarket and Starbucks. Very easy to get stuffs antytime. The staff is very nice I just dial number 0 (zero) from our phone room and they are really accommodating bringing to our room what I ask for (extra blanket, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner etc.). The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Big thank to young guy who come to open our safebox (we forget a Code :) He also keep our luggage before our AirPortTaxi arrived. I hope he will get this Feedback. Check in and out were very smooth. Wi-Fi is more than 300mb/S. We recommend this place with all my heart. We will back for sure. Thanks to all of you!

The apartment is well managed by its management. It has complete facilities as mentioned like kitchen stuffs, etc. Check in process quick, price with value is outstanding since the same unit will be more expensive than this. We request access to swimming pool they give it. It has supermarket and restaurant nearby this easy to get stuffs anytime.

1. Location is far from city centre thus need to consider more spending on transport. 2. Seems no cleaning during our stay more than 2 weeks there. 3. No AC which problem in this summer. 4. There is construction on going nearby thus might be disturbing when open the windows. 5. No porter as we need to bring our bags by ourselves when come and check out.

We had a comfortable stay at G Tower. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and generally met our needs. The panoramic city view was beautiful. Thanks to Neda from the Guest Relations, we were upgraded to a classic apartment due to pricing differences, which was greatly appreciated. The location is convenient, with grocery stores nearby, and more dining options just a short trip away.

There were a few areas that could use some attention. Some parts of the apartment weren’t as clean as expected, and a few things didn’t work properly. We also found that a little more attention to detail in maintenance would have enhanced the experience.

First off, I’d like to begin by stating how amazing all the staff members we encountered at G tower are. They’ve provided us with such exceptional customer service. From the front desk officials, to the staff members at the breakfast lounge, the gentle man whom helped up with our luggage’s upstairs to the cleaning team were all incredible. To top things up, they assisted us with the extension of our stay without any hassles and at no additional expense. We are beyond pleased. For the hotel itself,it’s very serene, clean and within proximity to all the basis amenities one could require. There’s a Starbucks coffee in the premises, a convenient shop, restaurants a pharmacy and even a hair salon. And not to mention how breathtakingly gorgeous it is if you’re a picture person :). Oh and how can i forget the lovely kittens, we throughly enjoyed our time here and my husband and I will be extending for three duration of our time here.

We love this place and would definitely recommend. It's almost like a little holiday village with a tower of apartments opposite a hotel tower. We stayed in the apartments and we couldn't fault it. The manager is absolutely amazing and really can't do enough for you. Ive, extra pillows, extra towels, hairdryer, extra fans, nothing was an issue at all. Istanbul is a very busy city with things to do spread around. Right outside the blocks is a taxi/Uber station where you can hop in and be anywhere within a few minutes. We visited other areas, walked to the local Migros, enjoyed some local restaurants and used the G Italy restaurant a few times. Thanks for a great stay!

As my wife complained to Neda (G staff) she immediately understood and solved the problem right away. She moved me and my family to the G Hotel. She would continuously check up on us via WhatsApp and became our friend. She made our stay ten times better and changed our rooms whenever we were not happy. Her compassion and sympathy for us were the only things that kept us going! Thanks to her we will definitely revisit, the hotel has an amazing pool and the house keeping staff are very friendly. Be sure to stay here - you will enjoy it.

We were firstly put into G Tower which is the apartment complex of the entire unit. No air con and a few other issues that were not safe for my daughter.

The location of the hotel is the ideal distance from the centre with it not being too far out of reach. The apartment was spacious and bright with enough good facilities for the duration of our stay. The views really allow you to enjoy the vastness of the surroundings. There is a taxi service right by the hotel which gives out fair rates and makes travelling easier. Overall it is a good establishment and I would return for my next visit.

The only negative about the hotel was the decor. It could do with a refresh as it was easy to see the blemishes on the walls and door frames etc.

We arrived really late since our flight was four hours delayed but the staff were very helpful and kind and we were checked in quickly and efficiently. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had amazing views from every window. The cleaning staff come every other day which was too frequent for two people so we declined a couple of times but when they cleaned they were thorough and fast. The outdoor pool was my mum’s favourite place to hang out but personally the cherry on the cake for me was the spa! It has everything from pool, sauna, steam room to a gorgeous marble hamam and incredible body jet showers! Everything felt luxurious and such value for money. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful with anything we asked. Ali the front desk manager even took time to speak to someone on the phone, who didn’t know English, on my behalf even though his shift was over and he was on his way out! Neda, the guest relations manager was also super helpful and so lovely! She has a beautiful smile and makes you feel right at home. The hotel is quite far from centre of Istanbul which for some can be a problem but if you were to get all the facilities and amenities of G-hotel somewhere more central then you would have to pay twice or maybe even three times as much. All in all we had a great experience and would like to thank everyone at G-tower/hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

It is a great place to stay in Istanbul, great location with easy access to many places , near mall of istanbul, 212 outlet . I stayed in entire studio which offered great view is and is very comfortable. There is also access to 2 swimming pool and gyem center which is really lovely and my family enjoyed a lot. The service is excellent and all the staff are amazingly super-helpful and very kind people, they speak English properly. I am very lucky to meet the general Manager Ahmet șeşan who is amazing manager, very kind and very helpful, he is following his staff to help the guests. I think no one will visit this hotel unless he will meet Guest Relation Officer named Nade very kind , so active officer, you see her every where helping the guests ( you will see her in reception, in the restaurant at breakfast time, sometimes in the swimming pool ) all time helping and explaining everything to the visitors. The room service every other day which is good for me.
