Location: Exactly beside Blue mosque in Sultan Ahmet and restaurants and shops. Price: Very affordable price for the 2 nights we stayed Elevator: Place had a lift which is great. Many other hotels only had stairs Host: Egyptian receptionist was ok. We were able to communicate in English and Arabic, unlike other hotels that used Google translate Air-conditioning: AC was very strong and it was a gem in the hot summer

- Room size & integrity of post: Booking.com advertised the room we booked to be 25m squared. The pictures that were displayed in my reservation showed that there was a big balcony. This is why I thought the price is excellent. I was disappointed that there was no balcony and also the space was at most 12m. I asked the host to give me another room but the room was same small size. The host told me that all the rooms in his property are small and he said Booking.com did not properly show the right measurement. - Toilet: Very small. -Cleanliness: I saw hair in the bed. There was an unpleasant smoke smell in the second room we got. The cleaner was a nice Turkish grandfather who was solely cleaning the rooms.

I returned here after staying here the first time in Istanbul. This place is spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. For some reason it feels very home-like. I mostly return because the host/owner, Mr. Ali is a good person and guide, which is why every review talks about him. I end up buying tours from him as well. Between his kindness and the value to stay in the room, I am very happy to continue to return. Also I use the kitchenette to make tea and food for small breakfasts or lunches. I am not going to look elsewhere for future stays, this is a solid spot that's earned my loyalty.

If you need a comfortable hotel to stay at because you spend the day traveling, this is for you. I need a clean roomy place to put my head down, very close to attractions. If you need some sort of super modern or luxury experience, this may not be for you.

Heater room, AC, Hanger cloth, Refrigerator, Water Heater, General Kitchen Set for heat or tea in the Lobby, except Lamp above the desk is off so rather dark if you take work. ✅ Manager Operation Mr. Ali 10/10 Very Nice and kind of person. Location of the hotel was excellent. It is under 5 minutes of walking distance away from Blue Mosque. There are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist guy. He helped us organize the airport shuttle from and to airport for a good price. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Furniture is a bit old and door is not that soundproof, so you can hear everyrhing from the hallway. However they were renovating some apartments fully during our stay, so I guess this will improve in the near future. Wifi signal was not that good in our room.

I really loved the service and the people, they were very very kind, respectful and welcoming. The structure is super clean and cozy. Thank you to all the staff. I will be back surely! Fantastic experience.

The room was pretty comfortable,clean and practical. The staff was very friendly,very kind and always there for any help we needed.Hotel is placed in very good location, just few minutes from Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Ayasophia, and it placed in very quiet street. In our next trip to Istanbul we will be more then glad to be a guest in this hotel again.

It was a great stay. The owner speaks English so that everything went smooth. I stayed there for multiple days, but they do not make the beds unless you ask them to do it.(maybe because I left the inn late....) Besides they also do PCR test. I took the PCR test around noon and I got the result in PDF format around 9 pm. For Japanese people, they kindly prepare the paper according to Japanese standards.
