The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, it is in a safe area, it benefits from its own parking A clean, modern and comfortable hotel, everything was very good. The rooms are large, large bathroom with bathtub, cleaning is done daily. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean Good breakfast, Staff is friendly and helpful. WI-FI works very well (You need to log in with your passport number to access WiFi) We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will return there again if we return to Izmir,

it is a bit far from the Center (2 metro stops) having the camera on the back, a disadvantage is the noise produced by the subway line that comes out of the underground right next to the hotel.

Clean and big rooms. Polite and friendly receptionists (except one guy out of 7-8 receptionists we met). Special thanks to the manager of the restaurant (if I remember his name correctly Ismail bay) who was really friendly and welcoming every morning. Relatively close to Alsancak, about 20-25 minutes walk or 4-5 minutes by taxi (cost about 25 Turkish Lira). Services such as laundry was cheap (e.g. 15 Turkish lira for a shirt). The manager of the hotel was also responsible and serious about how to manage the hotel. We can easily recommend this hotel considering its value compared to the price.

I mostly like the people working there they were so welcoming and friendly and very very helpful.. and also in the area the house at the back street of the hotel We have met ( my family and I) in our first day in Azmir two wonderful very friendly ladies H&F who were very welcoming and warm with fascinating smiles and despite the language barrier I felt every single word they were speaking and not only they offered me a beautiful gift (one of their plants in their tiny garden next to their tiny house) they also gifted us beautiful time with the kindness of their souls that will last forever in our memories .. Those two ladies and their white and blue old house are very beautiful as beautiful as the city that I felt that they symbolized the hearts and souls of Azmir’s people .. wonderful experience

Average type hotel on a very busy and noisy avenue, relatively close to downtown (about 30 minutes walk), has elevator. Not too many touristic facilities nearby. Parking on the street in front of the hotel. Staff speaking English, polite and helpful. Breakfast option available. Good breakfast. Big room and bathroom, perfectly soundproof, wifi signal OK, small fridge in the room.

We thought that the air conditioning was not working properly but it turns out it was pre set at high temperature and impossible to control with remote control.We complained about it and it was solved immediately. Room and entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke although (apparently) smoking is forbidden.

NK is a great location and a modern and comfortable clean Hotel. The staff service was first class and the breakfast was included and great. On arrive a very attentive valet attendant sprang out to greet us and we were in the hotel with our bags in no time. Nice comfortable large bed. Lovely black marble bathroom and plenty of hot water. TV was available I do not recall any English channels. Some noise from the road as we kept the window open because the AC did not seem to work. Muslim prayer calls in the morning made the place interesting. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will stay there again if we return to Izmir, Turkey. 15 minute walk to the center of action in town markets. Great value for money.

Not much. I could not get the AC working but did not pursue it. Mostly it is a modern and comfortable room. Very cost effective and classy.

Great hotel, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms. Personnel is always ready to help.

There was no option to get into non smoking rooms. So, we got one with not pleasant smell of cigarettes, but after about a week they have changed the room that was just after renovation.

The location is good, the room is large and clean. You have a kettle and tea and cofee everyday, also bottles of water.

Is a very strange for us the way you get the key of the room. Is not given to you, but to the garcon that helps you with the parking. Also you have to leave the key of the car to the reception. Maybe is not unusual for others, but for us is not usual.

An excellent hotel. A great value for the money. All facilities are available. The breakfast was good too.. and also i wanma thank the lady on reception "mehtap" and all the staff , they are really nice.

Excellent location - close to the center and to the exit of the city. The breakfast was varied enough, as well as sufficient in quantity. The staff is friendly and helpful. We haven't had any problems with anything. The rooms are large and cleaned daily. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean.

Good hotel to stay in Izmir if you are traveling by car and need a place to sleep for one or two nights. Friendly and supportive staff.

There should be more parking lots. AC in the room was very noisy.
