Good location, nice room, plenty of space and nice staff. Very good price to valu ratio. All in all I highly recommend this place.

The rug was a bit dirty with taints, for a 4 star hotel the breakfast was a bit lackluster and since our room was next to the wall with the neighboring building (which is a club I think) we could hear the bass in to the night on Saturday. But these were minor things for us.

This is a business-style hotel with a standard room layout. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Valet parking worked well - this was a big factor in our choice of this hotel. We walked across the Kulturpark to reach the seafront for dinner at one of the many restaurants there - it took about 20-25 minutes.

Choice on the breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

Very confortable and modern hotel, near many interesting places in Izmir. Room exceeded our expectations, internet, bathroom, frigobar, beds, cleaning in general was excellent. Location was close to bazar and commercial center, and many other attractions. So close to Basmane Gar, so we take advantage or excellent public transportation in Izmir and organized our own Ephesus tour!

Nothing in special

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greymark Hotel. Although we think it was a bit far away from the main attractions in Izmir, but it’s worth walking a bit. Vusal and Mustafa were very nice and helped us finding some nice tours to Ephesus and Cesme, which we really appreciated and enjoyed. We’d totally recommend staying at this hotel.

Just a little thing we found weird is that they don’t have sheets but only blankets.

The room was exceptionally spacious and clean. We had 2 XL luggages, and no problem to lay down both on the floor. The uncle helping us with the taxi and luggage was very kind and humble as well.

The breakfast felt a little lacking and the person at counter is less attentive.

Not good aeration in the bath

Friendly team, clean rooms, Bar Cino amazing view of City Izmir. Hotel manager Pasha Budaqov and his team well maintained trained and professional definitely will go back.

It worth its money! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the cleaning was every day, the view was good and the location is excellent. The stay was very comfortable. The only minus was that due to the pandemic the breakfasts were pre-determined and similar for everyone. We could not choose what to eat. However, it was enough and we could ask for additional food if we wanted. In general, I can not say that this disappointed us or made the impression worse. The hotel is highly recommended.

Nice and helpful staff

What was important to me and unfortunately had an issue was that the bathroom ventilation seemed to not be working.

Location is perfect. Very clean.

The rooftop bar was so loud that it was difficult to sleep (Friday and Saturday night stay)
