The staff were lovely, we had a slight issue with the room key not working (dead battery in the door) and they promptly resolved by shifting us to another room with the same features. Breakfast was great, coffee was tasty. Walking distance to town and we also walked to the next bay, big pebble beach (over the hill about 15 minutes and very hot) but we loved our day there! The shower was the best shower we have had on our trip so far. So much water pressure. Nice and quiet area away from the party noise in town.

Pool area was a bit small but totally fine as we spent most of the time at the beach.

Aysun hanım , the owner, is a wise woman that works harder than her staff and keeps the place immaculate She bakes a different cake every night to serve at breakfast the next day. She has her own olive orchard and preps the green olives herself (I requested to buy some, they were the best green olives i had in a long time but she said made only enough for breakfasts at her hotel) They are all kind carong and super attentive to their guests at Belinda hotel. The place is always clean and walter (Aysun's border collie) adds a friendly touch to the lovely service they provide.

Best balcony view in the entire town. Delicious and varied breakfasts with high quality food. Clean and comfortable. Everything was great ... except the unwelcoming vibe

Never felt welcome or that our business was appreciated. The only hotel in Turkey that does not have a kettle in room and complimentary coffee and tea in room or lobby. A travesty considering the price.

The property is cozy and the location close to the beaches, 15 min walk or 5 with a car, excellent breakfasts, comfortable beds, the personal is very friendly and ready-to-help, we asked for changing the room and few other request and they were happy to provide us this support.

Wi fi connection is not stable in rooms which was annoying, it works in other hotel areas though

This hotel overlooks the beautiful town of Kas and is within walking distance of everything of interest in this small waterfront town. The staff was very nice, my room had a nice view of the sea, and it was clean and modern.

Breakfast was a buffet and had all the basics, but only the basics. The breakfast area was also cramped for the number of guests, so I had to wait in line for coffee and maneuver around groups of people. There seemed to be quite a few groups of a dozen or so members all together.

The hotel situation is as described online. located in center, What surprised me was that the merchant divided the sea view rooms into "sea view" and "side sea view", which was really thoughtful! The hosts are all nice people, treat people warmly. I had the wonderful day in there!

the bed toooo soft. The last time I slept on such a soft bed was in Africa.Of course, this is not a problem, it’s just different personal habits. I'm used to sleeping on a medium-firm bed.

The view from the room was stunning. The staff was very nice. I made a reservation for two different rooms for 2 nights because the room that I wanted was available just for the first night but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us the same room also for the second night. The hotel is modern and clean. There was a very cute friendly dog Walter 🥹

There were only 3 sunbeds by the pool so we couldn't use it. It would have been nice to have some cups and a kettle in the room.

Hotel location is very good. You can reach the center by walking in 5 minutes. Employees are very caring and helpful. The breakfast is sufficient.

We had some trouble with cleaning. Although cleaning was done in the room, the sheets were not changed and the toilet was not cleaned. When we pointed this out, they apologized and cleaned again. The approach of the employees was solution oriented and polite.

Personnel wonderful. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely side sea view. Location very good. Breakfast great. Good value for money.

No possibility of hot or cold refreshments before 8am. Though the hotel said they would consider a drinks table in a common area. Parking can be difficult. But the hotel will help you.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff and the views of the ocean from our room were gorgeous. The balcony was fabulous too. Breakfast was satisfactory and the location in the old town close to beaches and the port was great

The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been tea and coffee making favilities in our room. We were able to ask for tea downstairs but it had to be made for us and we had to pay extra for it.
