Very good location. Decent swimming pool which other hotels do not always have. Clean rooms. Sea facing terrace.

The room was well set out and had everything you could need but was quite small. Upon check out the hotel tried to over-charge me when I went to use my credit card because they want cash. Resulting in trying to find a cash point to draw £ Sterling.

View: clear sea view, great sunset view from the balcony and the breakfast area. Location: close enough to main restaurant streets but not too close it would be loud. Very calm and pleasant. Great for a couple of days!

doesn’t have beach access, for us it was ok! For long stays probably wouldn’t repeat.

At first, I was a little disappointed with the size of our room, as it was so small for three people. However, the hotel manager provided a free room upgrade, and we stayed in 2 rooms. It was an excellent solution. Breakfast was a buffet with a magnificent view of Kas Bay and Castellorizo Greek island. The Internet worked well. The hotel has a funny doggo running around. Overall we had a good stay!

I only stayed one night so an opinion from someone who stayed longer would probably be more informed but I had no issues and the room is big and it's in a great location and it's a very quiet and secluded area, the guy at reception even parked my car for me in a very tight space right in front of the hotel.

The tv wouldn't come on even after the guy changed the batteries and the WiFi didn't work as seems to be the case in every hotel I've stayed in Turkey either too slow or not working

Lovely little hotel very well located near to a beach club and harbour, bars and restaurants. Room was nice and clean with a little balcony overlooking the sea. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive and happy to help with any questions. Pool area and pool was great. Quiet, clean and clear with good comfortable seating and plenty of shade if needed. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and great. Well stocked and fresh with a few different options each day. The terrace where breakfast is served had amazing views across the town and the sea. A good choice for good value and central location.

The chairs on the balcony could have been more substantial and comfortable.

Location was ok ,one of the party had mobility issues so we had to get a taxi down to the main town as the walk involved 29 steep steps and a hill. The taxis did not calling at the property as the road was very narrow and very congested. The staff helped out though with some lifts. Access in the hotel was good and the pool lovely. Breakfast was very continental but if you asked you could get an omelet or fried eggs. Value for money was very good and views from the rooms excellent.

Wi fi did not work in the rooms, only by the pool and reception area. Rooms and en-suite were on the small side but good for the price. Getting drinks or food in the day at the hotel was limited. However the staff would got to the shop to get the wine and the ice for us.

Friendly accommodating staff, nice views for breakfast which was good and included. Good pool with sunlongers always available. Slight hill up to but very central, so good location. Sea view was lovely from balcony. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Kas is great and so much to see and do for all, if you like more authentic Turkey and culture. Loads of great bars and restaurants and beach clubs if you want but not if you are looking for night clubs, but that’s not what we were looking for. Loved our time here

Foyer was like a stock room. Not somewhere to relax in. My only slight fault though

in the heart of the town, only a few minutes stroll from the centre, restaurants and bars. Clean and suits our needs every time. I always get my car parked right at the door. Great views from the bedroom (208) and even better views from the breakfast area on the rooftop. Breakfast has a great selection, everything fresh and perfect to set you up for the day. Staff very polite and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful flowered building just next to the city center, clean and comfortable bed, exceptional seaview from the breakfast terrace.

The breakfast could be better with not much effort (only tea, coffee and water to drink and hot food was not included).

A lovely hotel in a great location with expansive views to Kastellorizo. An elevated position to capture any sea breeze and a small balcony to sit on. Staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was satisfactory. The view from the breakfast room was outstanding.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the fact that the staff sat directly beneath our balcony to smoke and so sitting on the balcony or leaving the sliding doors open was problematic for us as we are non-smakers
