Property was clean and well maintained. Kids loved the waterpark and overall a good experience. Food was fresh with lots of vegetarian options. Entertainment options at night were good too.

We arrived at 9.30 pm and there were no food options. When asked on what can we feed our little kids, the check in person just shrugged and asked us to wait till 11 pm when a late night pub would open. This was not professional. I had to feed the kids goldfish that night. They should have options for people who arrive late as the property is on an isolated hill. Secondly, there were no dishes/ pots, silverware in the kitchen. Why offer a kitchen option without any utensils? Took us a while to explain to them that we need them for the kids.

Big all inclusive resort. Plenty to do at the hotel or activities can be arranged elsewhere. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Made us very welcome. Food good choice.

The location was a little bit far away from the centre . The beach is not on the resort but a free minibus runs daily to beach. Rooms are a little tired and could do with updating and the apartment was a bit dusty.

not enough sunbeds at the pools - unless you put your towels on the night before ,unlikely to get a bed the next day- adding more beds would seem an easy solution to a problem most people experienced lots of wasps in restaurant area next too pool - shame as a beautiful setting No effective wasp traps in place.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Spacious apartments. Fantastic views. Great variety and quality of food. Friendly staff. Nice pools. We had elderly family members in our group, and we were kindly allocated a ground floor apartment with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It was very convenient for kids as well. We really enjoyed the excursion organized by Ali to the Greek island of Samos (his agency is next to the main entrance). Ali also provided transfers from and to the airport. Everything was well organized at affordable prices. Great service.

The resort is beautiful. We had 2 bedroom apartment. Really nice & great air conditioning and pool view.

The steep hill to walk up to our apartment was something we didn’t like but not end of the world. Some of the main pool bar staff were rude , they regularly got orders wrong and turned pizza ovens off early to many a disappointed residents. It’s about 20 minutes and €15 euro in a taxi into kusadasi .

An amazing resort. I went with my sister's and we had an experience of a lifetime. By far the best resort I've visited. Everything is literally in the resort such as entertainment, food, snacks, they even provide kids entertainment. The Animation team were amazing! This is the holiday we wanted and thankfully we were blessed with it. We also visited a few stores on site; Cassie, Hair Salon, Aura Spa, the market and the T-shirts/scarves store. The staff in the stores we're amazing. Extremely friendly and very forthcoming made you feel welcomed whether you bought something or not. Neither of them pressurised you and left you to shop comfortably. Such lovely people. I would definitely recommend this place. The food variety was amazing. Look out for desserts under the red light stand!!! The resort is huge, you've literally got a pool and snack bar at every area. Depending on which side you choose to stay, prices could differ but you have Bell Boy drivers who can pick you up from your room to take you to reception and back to your room whenever. It's a 24hr service. We're looking to go again with family. Don't think twice book now!!! The resort had Bell Boys available. These were drivers who picked you up from your room to take you to the reception and then back to your room when you wanted. Available 24hrs. On a few occasions we had to wait for bell boy a while before we got picked up to go to reception. One occasion, because he took too long we ended up walking to reception as we had a massage booked in. Reception was where the main meals of the days were; breakfast, lunch, dinner, late meal, aqua park, snack bars, pool, kids entertainment etc. However it wasn't because they were neglecting us it was because it was peak time and the Bell Boys were extremely busy. They had quiet a few drivers and cars on site but they all happened to be called out at the same time we needed picking up.

Ian writing this review. The rooms were lovely. The whole hotel was very nice. Huge facility. The night shows were brilliant. The animation team were very good. We had loads of interaction with Jesse. He was an absolute gent, brilliant with the kids. A born entertainer. He mad it very enjoyable for the whole family. We all had are own names. Mr Ian, Mr Gary and Mr Gerry. Hilarious. Thanks you.

Maybe the time of year. It was hard to get tables for lunch and dinner. Other than that. Nothing to complain about it.

Something for everyone's taste. Staff were amazing servers, entertainment staff. Worked very hard. Really was excellent value for money. Everything literally outside the front door regarding taxis, excursions. About 15 mins outside kusadasi.200 lire in a taxi regardless of number of people. Super value

Beds were so hard to be honest. Duvets very small for the beds.

Everything excellent, nice people, great food, great facilities and golf course. Close to the beach, close to the town - we rented a car but they do transfers as well. I have been on many holidays, my first time in Turkey and I will be booking again for next year. Swimming pool cold at the end of October but that is to be expected, one heated pool inside, but just to jump in and out to get refreshed was fine for me. If you want massage definitely book in with Abi, I have been to many places but never had such a perfect massage.
