We stayed at the Hikmethan Hotel for a week, during which we (re)discovered the beautiful and bustling city of Kusadasi, its surroundings and the beautiful beaches nearby. The hotel is exactly as in the description. We noted the very good typical Turkish breakfast, the special kindness of the staff and their tireless efforts to ensure a parking space for all hotel customers. The Wi-Fi works very well. Across the road is a restaurant where you can eat different traditional dishes, and there are others nearby, as well as a few supermarkets. A useful observation perhaps for the most demanding customers: the hotel is located on a busy street, very noisy, noise that lasts until late at night. In the morning, worthy sanitation service workers make sure to wake you up as early as possible, but hey, you didn't come on vacation to sleep! Obviously, it's not the hotel staff's fault; if you think this would bother you too much, ask reception for a room that does not face the street and sleep with the windows closed! We had the room on the first floor, right on the corner, and we slept with the windows open (because we only use the air conditioning exceptionally), but since we go to bed late and anyway we had to get up early, to have as much plenty of time for sun and walks, had no problems with street noise.

Definitely best hotel your 15 euro (one night\off-season) can buy in Kusadasi . Stunting view from the last floor. Wifi is stable. Water is hot. AC is heating. Friendly management - good to be treated as a valuable client even for the low price.

The soundproofing could be better - some traffic noise from the streets, some noise from the neighbours. Would prefer some blackout curtains. But nothing really terrible for the price.

1) The hotel only allows married couples to stay. It was a big surprise for me as I learned it at the reception desk :) 2) Also, booking.com could have a better information system to let people know that the hotel accepts only married couples because I lost time finding another hotel as we were suppose to catch up with a wedding. 3) The hotel was kind enough to let us, at least, use the room for a couple of hours to suit up and get ready because we were running late for our friend's wedding...

4)Even though booking.com was so weak informing us the hotel's rule about only married couples are allowed, they did a refund based on the hotel's request. 5) Wouldn't booking.com be refunding me anyways if the hotel didn't request from them ?

Wonderful,comfortable, clean and cozy Hikmethan Hotel with delicious Turkish breakfast. The hotel has everything you need for guests to stay. The location of the hotel is beautiful: a 5-10-minute walk from the city centre, fish market, shops, cafes and restaurants. Around the hotel there is no noisy places and clubs, so you can sleep peacefully at night, this is a huge plus compared to hotels on the embankment. I want to say the most kind words and express great gratitude to boss Muhammad and all the hotel staff, they are very friendly, positive, responsive and do everything possible for the guests. With great confidence recommend this hotel, thank you so much!

Everything, its clean its in good location, not close to the beach though but dolmus station is just couple of minutes away. If you arrive with car like we did you can be asure that youre gonna have your parking space. Staff is really really helpful and careful so you feel like youre at home. This was our second stay and next year third i hope...

Nothing in particular, just you must know the rooms are bit small and old furnished but very very clean. Yet a little minus could be very poor water pressure on 4th floor but i believe thats the case in majority hotels in turkey because we've been in quite a few ( at least these budget hotels ).

First of all staff are very friendly and helpful, thanks to Abdurrahman for his help. We were shown directions to the bus for Ephesus, allowed to have breakfast early on the final morning plus a few other things and they were more than happy to help. Breakfast is really good, a prepared plate of Turkish breakfast but plentiful, served with teas and coffees. Location close to centre but a short 5 min walk away, a good balance. Room clean and tidy and has a fridge, balcony over looked the sea. Bathroom a bit strange but it works.

Room was very noisy at night, not well soundproofed. Also curtains very light too. A lot of the room facilities mentioned in the description do not actually exist. For example, there is no washing machine in the room, and there is additional cost for laundry. I feel this is a bit deceptive.

The location is perfect very close to the city center. The staff is very helpful and nice. Everything is clean and well kept. Good value for the money.

The room was cleaned every third day, which could be more often. The breakfast was charged 8,5€ which is pretty expensive for what you get. The hotel is in a very narrow and crowded street so it is very challenging to park but the staff helped us and once they even parked our car for us.

In this hotel you feel like very special guest from entering the door until leaving :) The staff can provide you with everything you need 24/7. They have parking slots along the road in front of the hotel. Right next to the hotel you can find a good cafe and minimarket. Our room had a nice balcony! And also there is an elevator in the hotel, you'll definitely appreciate that

The room was really small, especially the bathroom, but still cozy

This is a very nice family owned hotel, with all needed facilities in the room, and a very good breakfast, which I fully recommend. There is an elevator to the higher floors, and security lockers at the reception. The location is very close (5 min walk) to the center of the town and to the bus station, while the neighborhood is quiet and not noisy.

I have had to wait 30-40 min on arrival on 5PM for my room to be prepared, although there has been enough personnel. Please use the website option to specify the time of arrival, and insist that the room is prepared on time, if you are in a hurry. Please have in mind, that Booking.com is not accessible from Turkiye due to government regulations.

The owner and the staff very very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast plate they had prepared. The room was very clean. Location is superb - next to eateries and a short walk to the waterfront.

There was just one thing I did not like - the smell in the bathroom. It was very clean but they use way too much chlorine. If you don't close the bathroom doors, the whole room starts to smell like a place where somebody has just tried to get rid of a dead body or smth.
