Apart from poor room service , the outdoor activities, entertainments , night live shows , buffets are all excellent at 7 star rating. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

The room service is very poor, you have to call the reception several times to ask for room service, the reception check in wasn’t that good, they asked for printed booking confirmation, not that much fluent English speakers at the reception. We had overflowing sink , we complained it 3 times, they sorted it 4th time.

The key door card didn't work if we walk 200 meters far from my room ,

Wireless internet connection really bad, free use only up to 256M, after that you have to buy more. The food is just mediocre, the desserts all taste the same. You can get a better hotel for the same price.

A/c did not work, housekeeping (no cleaning, just making bed/ changing towels)

The hotel manager Nazim was very responsive to our special requests and accommodated them to the best of his capacity. He really cares. We stayed at the quarters closest to the beach and enjoyed the view, the quietness and the sea breeze. The beach is heaven. Loved every minute. Used the spa and had Murat and Barbara as our massage therapists, very professional and caring. Julia, the spa manager was helping us navigate through all the spa offerings and schedules. Had a private tour to the old city and nearby attractions. Enjoyed trying out restaurants near the harbor. A nice relaxing vacation to recharge our inner batteries.

It’s a large hotel that can feel a bit crowded at times.

Absolute Chaos at meal times . Felt like a cattle market at every meal no controlled dinning and was just a free for all .

food was not hot enough , risk of food poisoning, and no sunbeds as were reserved from 4.45 am every day and couldn't get two beds together for the whole holiday, as all the beds had been taken but no one ever used the beds , at one stage there were 40 towels on beds that had been put out at 4.30 to get the best poolside locations . Ridiculous , and I wasn't getting up to have a towel fight whilst on holiday . beds should be allocated to rooms

Sun beds full after 6:30am. Food is terrible. Way to many people for hotel.

Nothing it was the worst experience I’ve had!!

This hotel was a bump and all they cared about was making money!!!! Every staff was rude and customer service was non existent!! They charged for WiFi which I’ve never heard off they were trying to charge money if you lost your room key good selection was minimal they refused to keep the lights on the whole hotel had no lights if felt like a horror movie in the corridors this hotel should be 1 star don’t waste your time or pay extra for superior rooms as all the rooms were standard it was the worst hotel I have ever been too
