I loved the staff. They are very welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to make us happy. Starting from the lovely lady and man at the reception. They welcomed us with an amazing smile. Going to the amazing kitchen staff with all the lovely waiters. And going through the aqua staff . They all should get a raise and bonus on their salary as they do their best to keep up entertained and happy. The dinner was sooo delicious and the breakfast was nice too. The kids loved the pool and aqua. We will definitely go back there again.

The beach was public so it was so crowded with people. But it was sandy and clean.

Clean and spacious apartment, nice swimming pool, beautiful garden, good hotel restaurant, good location close to the sea, and most important - very kind and helpful staff.

Very basic kitchen equipment but I understand It is on purpose in order to encourage guests to use hotel restaurant ;)

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 terraces and pool view, very central yet quiet. Really nice garden and pool, very friendly personnel, free beach access 400m away with sunbeds and sun umbrella. Supermarkets close by. We walked to Side old city using the very nice beach alley, took us 30 minutes one way. Free parking just behind the hotel. Overall great and relaxing stay!

In general, our stay in the hotel was amazing - the apartments were simple, but very clean and cozy. All of the basic Kitchen appliances were there, so it was easy and nice to cook. There is lots of small shops that you could buy some basic things in, but the big supermarket is pretty far.The stuff was super friendly and helpful. It is around 10 min walk from the beach. The free spot on the beach is on the territory of a lovely bar, which has one of the best turkish coffee and granat juice i had in my life.

The wifi is free only on the territory and should be paid extra to be available in the room. Balcony doors were not closing very well- the locks have been broken. Also the windows are quiet low cut, so parents need to be extra careful with kids playing next to it. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be aware in case you have special needs person with you. We also had a bit of leaking a/c over one of the beds.

The playground could use more equipment, as well as repairs—there are small cracks and holes on the slides. The lighting at the ping-pong table is inadequate, making it difficult to play in the evening, and the tennis rackets are old and worn out. Another wish is for better working conditions for the staff, such as more modern equipment for cleaning the rooms and grounds etc., and much higher wages for the staff, including housekeepers, kitchen staff, waiters, maintenance workers, and receptionists. They truly deserve it! ❤️❤️❤️

I get always good service from this hotel. Reception staff helping you with all information and if you need they are always ready to help. In the restaurant every night different entertainment . Food was so good there . They do happy hour cocktail 9pm to 10pm . Where they also do quiz nights and bingo nights the best times !! There are 2 gardens here , with 2 swimming pools, room has 2 a/c. There is also turkish bath and massage which is provided by professionally trained staff at affordable prices, its such a great experience, the reception people are very professional and polite they were very helpful and considerate of everything during our stay, the whole atmosphere at the hotel is very cozy and friendly you feel like home. Thank you for all the staff at melissa garden it was amazing and a great holiday.

Very Friendly Staff which helped us to organise a Surprise Birthday Party, Hotel Restaurant with good food (bit pricey), Good Location close to the beach, Partner Beachbar with free sunbeds, Rooms have been cleaned spotlessly every day

We have been there with a Baby and unfortunately there was no elevator to the Apartment rooms, the room furniture could need some upgrade and refreshment all a bit outdated, Kitchen Equipment in the Apartment bit scarce, Daily blasting loud party music until late night (not ideal for Families with Kids or people with light sleep)

We loved the staff who always went an extra mile to make us comfortable and help us save some money. We had a HB and never regretted: the food was diverse, fresh, and delicious. The pools were fantastic and our kids couldn’t get enough of the water slide.

The building is a little tired, but for us it was not a dealbreaker. It’s not a 5-star property, but overall a great value

Stayed here with a couple of friends and had the best time. Great location- super close to Side Old Town and also close to Manavgat which has the waterfall and the markets. Staff were so lovely, big thank you to Ahmet, Yas, Mert and Alfie for making our trip so memorable. Book the excursions with the hotel for better prices- jeep safari was so much fun. Defo recommend, restaurant food is really good too and there’s entertainment every night.

From start to finish the staff couldn't do enough for you. We arrived early hours of the morning they had arranged our transfers for us which were great we were checked in quickly allowing us to get to bed Alfie and other staff on nights helped with our luggage and we're very helpful. The apartment was basic but clean and spacious overlooking one of 2 lovely pools the facility's were great had a great massage and pedicure both priced well. The restaurant served lovely food and drinks and the staff were amazing Yas Kado sunshine Rambo and all the other guys made you feel like part of a big family fair to say we were so sad to leave nothing was to much trouble for them can't wait for next year will be booking again soon ❤️😊 thanks guys for a memorable holiday Lorraine and family room 63 and 64

The only thing that isn't great is the amount of trees blocking the sun in the pool areas which makes the pools rather cold.
