they charge for the room safe - 2 euros per night which is fine , but u must pay in advance - they dont charge the room - strange for a 5 star hotel. you cant request extra towel for the room - 1 towel per person , so if u need extra towel go wash it urself 😅 strange for a 5 star hotel too

Breakfast selection was great, we loved that there was a “late breakfast” option between 10-11am. Our daughter slept in until 10am so we would miss breakfast but we were still able to eat during the late breakfast (less food was out than the main breaky but it was something!) We loved the pool restaurant, between 12-4 I think! You can get food in your swimwear and go back and forth many times. Great selection of food too!

Ice cream counter could be downstairs as coming out of the pool at 2:30pm in the heat, going ALL the way up to the lobby (dripping wet) to get ice cream and then to come ALL the way down to have your icecream and give to the kids was inconvenient. Melted before I even got out of the lobby. Would be better to have it on -1 by the pool.

Food was great and big variety. Entertainment staff were amazing. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Suitable hotel for everyone!

The transfer from Dalaman airport to hotel was quite a while but nothing to do with the property itself.

Dining Room was very clean and good food offered, staff was great friendly helpful and attentive. Very close to promenade, took advantage of the spa, which was a great service offered

the shower head was not working .

I was very happy with our 15 night stay. the staff were all so friendly and the hotel has everything you could possibly need. the food was wonderful, such a great choice. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I return to marmaris. I felt very sad to leave

The sunbed situation. Not enough room for the sunbeds, and people were paying to reserve them and then going out for the whole day, not fair!

Great facilities for a family holiday, safe environment for children. Easy to taxi to the beach and marina.
