everything was excellent , i would like to thank all the staff in the hotel starting from the manager to the staff in the kitchen and special thanks to goksel and ahmet.

the only thing is that the rooms are small, and you need to pay extra for menemen and turkish coffe

Independent villas, green area, very near to shops and restaurants. Near to all tourist places. Quite area. There is a free private car parking. I have arrived to the place at 12 noon, but they were kind enough to allow me receiving my villa earlier.

Internet is slow and disconnected several times during our stay. Reciption staff need better training how to act with deferent visitors from deferent nationality. For example, they gave me the villa key and told me from which deriction I have to go, instead to go with me and open the villa and show me the facilities and ask if i need anything else or more information. Also as usual in Turkey, non of the staff is knowing English. Another issue, there was no washing machine, and instead they put dishes washing machine which is less important, especially for those whose stay more two days.

Location the villa 2 bedrooms was good for families you have private garden and washing machine and small kitchen

Na Just keep in mind to bring you all personal items with you like tooth kit and towels and you own iron because some time the iron not available

its very good, but there is one guy called Mehmet called me before one day of arrival called me from his personal mobile informing that my booking is cancelled so i got worry and he was checking my credit card number so i got worry and scares to be hacked.

Nice and clean hotel. Trees, green areas, and playground for kids. Also, a large swimming pool and another for kids. You can ask them to bring the breakfast to your house if you looking for more privacy. The house is well organized & tidy. In the house, there are all what you need such as washing machine, cooker and cooking equipments. In addition, location is great near the main road & some restaurants. Also, it is near by Spanga lake.

Location is very good The garden and the swimming pool and the view is outstanding 👌

Beds not comfortable + sheets not clean well

swimming pool was great kids area was fantastic garden was fabulous beds were comfortable small kitchen was good furniture is a good style

bathroom needs heavy maintenance, water is very weak in the upper floor, toilets needs fixing, ground floor bathroom is having a leakage from the upper one.

The receptionist was kind and talks a bit of English The villas were enough for 3-4 people with lots of facilities (pantry, washing machine and cooking tools) mini house

The room took extra 40 mins to get ready
