While we're leaving and making our check-out Thr reception guy asked us to pay extra 460 TL more than our price for accomodation in booking ! which we'de paid already in the hotel a day before and we'de already made a fully pay and had our bill done .. He claimed that the rate of euru exchange had been raised !! This the silliest reason I had ever heard !! You can't charge me for something old retroactively .. It looked like something fishy was happening🙈

Everything at this hotel is perfect. From the moment I stepped into the Richmond Nua Wellness & Spa, I was transported to a world of pure relaxation and luxury. Nestled in the heart of Turkey, this adults-only retreat is truly a gem waiting to be discovered. The rooms are elegantly appointed, reflecting a seamless blend of modern amenities with traditional Turkish touches. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail - from the plush bedding to the ambient lighting, everything was designed to ensure utmost comfort. Dining was yet another highlight. The array of culinary delights, influenced by local and international flavors, ensured that every meal was an adventure for the palate. Each dish was presented beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. The staff deserves special mention. Their genuine warmth and dedication to service left a lasting impression on me. It's evident that they take immense pride in ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. To those seeking a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, I cannot recommend the Richmond Nua Wellness & Spa enough. It's not just a hotel, but an experience, one that I am eager to relive.

This is my second (and not the last time) to stay here ... I love it ... Location, cleanliness, quite charming ambiance, and excellent food quality.. Want to escape the city and run away from the crowds, chill, think, and meditate? Well this is the place to be ! Couples are gonna fall in love with this "sanctuary" : a romance to remember ever after .. To begin with the staff was really fantastic, nice, and collaborative. Special thanks go to Feroza, who did an excellent job concluding the reservation arrangement on arrival and the extension of stay. Also, special thanks go to Seljuk the frontline manager, was always there to help and support, whenever needed, and of course, to Samia for assistance as well. The food was really awesome, and the burgers were really mouth-watering ... Will I come again? Definitely .. I May even try to come in Winter and see the snow-filled sceneries. Let's give it another shot ...

- Internet connection could be better - The terrace on the lake (directly attached to the lake) is to be populated again with tables (like before in 2019) .. I Love this spot and I really miss it ... Please bring it back again (Hotel staff promised that this will be renovated soon). - If possible, please add shawerma rolls to the food menu and Baklava :)

I recently stayed at Hotel and had an amazing time. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and we even received a room upgrade. The guest relations team was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even bringing us an extra pillow for my neck pain. The spa services and massages were the highlight of our stay, and I enjoyed the unique concept of each area. The quality of the massages was top-notch, and the spa was clean and well-maintained. The lake view from our room was breathtaking, and the meals and breakfast were delicious. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and they helped us navigate the vast spa options. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The staff's dedication to making our stay unforgettable truly set them apart!

By all means I liked everything, location, view, facilities, hospitality, ..etc Its really hard to quantify the things I liked there. Its a place that you wont hesitate recommending to your friends and planning to come back. Apart from all the outstanding moments I had during the stay, the spacious green areas and the private 400m walk area is beyond expectation and very relaxing.

The only thing I did not like is the fact that I had to leave at the end of my stay :) , but certainly planning to come back very soon and enjoy this place again.

I recently stayed at the Richmond Nua Hotel and wanted to leave a positive review. From the start of the booking process, Samia Mohamed from Guest Relations was extremely helpful. She patiently answered all of my questions about the rooms and amenities, and even upgraded me to a spacious suite at no extra charge. The suite was modern, clean, and comfortable. The king-size bed and plush linens ensured I had a great night's sleep. The large bathroom was spotless with ample towels and toiletries. The hotel's location is ideal - right on shores of Spança lake with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps outside the front door. The concierge desk provided excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options to start each day. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. I want to extend a special thank you again to Samia for her exceptional customer service. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely recommend the Richmond Nua Hotel and hope to stay here again next time I'm in town.

Friendly welcoming staff, great location just by the lake, we had a corner room with stunning view, outstanding spa facility with multiple types of sauna, steam baths and whirlpools. Breakfast is amazing , a real turkish flavor at high level. Bathroom was a bit small but very tidy , good quality shampoo and body gel, excellent water pressure and instant warm water, overall it is a nice place to stay in and relax.

Old furniture requires refurbishment

This hotel is my favorite spot in sapanca being located directly on the shores of the lake with a very well maintained gardens housing a morning walking track and an outside swimming pool . also the hotel has recently employed a general public relation executive who is speaking different languages to make it easier for the guests .more over she is very welcoming and pleasant personality . Ms Samia keep up the good work !

i wish the staff in the breakfast hall get rid of their shyness and start greeting guests on coming in and going out

location is the best for relaxing, the hotel has the good vibes and very peaceful. they gave us upgrade to the top room type . that was a great welcoming. This is my fourth time to this hotel and definitely I’ll revisit in future. I feel home

we had an experience with the cooling system , the team went extra miles when they knew that we were not comfortable. the General manager came to talk to us and apologized for that which is very rare to see that a hotel cares about the guest up to this level. they really care about the experience.

This is my favorite resort in the area! It is very well maintained! The location is gorgeous: lake front/lake view rooms. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The Spa is magnificent! Excellent service with very attentive personnel. Would definitely stay there once again!

The shower in the suite had no glass panels/door, by design. I would recommend to install the shower door, as the water has been splashed all over the floor when taking shower.
