Huge selection of food! Lots of nice entertainment for adults and kids.

WiFi was slow and kept disconnecting. Not a big deal though as we were to enjoy each other’s company.

the reception staff and the management need to learn customer service skills and learn to smile as every request was a favour even tho i payed over 2000 euros for 3 rooms the description of rooms are wrong I booked a sea side view but according to the staff that meant it was the side view of the sea side. housekeeping did not want to clean rooms at all they where there just for show apart from that all restaurant staff where amazing lovely people the valet team where amazing and hotel is lovely.

It's relativiely small all-inclusive hotel, but the design and the construction of the hotel is really perfect! You can find everything very intuitively, the walking distances are short and everything is in the right place. The beach is reasonably beautiful for Belek! There are always enough free loungers on the beach, there is a separation between the beach and the hotel garden by the small hill, which protects against possible wind and gives a sense of privacy and security. The walking paths on the site are very well constructed in terms of design. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive! There is a taxi service in the hotel, which can be provided at very short time. In addition, if you have a late check out, you have the opportunity to take a shower and change your clothes in the SPA area free of charge and all this until 6 p.m. So if I'm in Belek again, I wouldn't look for an another hotel.

By taking shower you need to hold the cabin door by foot :-) or somehow else, otherwise it opens immediately by its own. The rest is absolutely fine!

Sherwood company is a big company:) it will be better if you serve better alcohol brands and also you can add some more foods at the resturant

Everything was excellent and amazing. There was 4 meals breakfast, lunch,dinner and late dinner. There was a variety of food and everyday there was different kinds. My room was a sea view in forth floor and it was more than my expectations. The staff is very nice and polite and they want to do everything for you to be satisfied. And about the animations team: there are to many things I want to say about them they literally fill your day with fun from the beginning of morning to late hours of the night they will give you more than you dream everyday and night they do a show on the stage and make the kids happy. I want to mention one of the her name is “Melek” she was so kind she danced with my daughter and made her so happy she was the butterfly of the resort she gives everyone smiles and hugs. Fortunately, I didn’t get the rest of the team’s names because they were the same thing of “Melek”. Special thanks for all of them. Also I want to mention the waiter “Gafur” for his care about us he kept in his mind what we needed and doing without asking “so amazing “.

The only thing that I have not much satisfied that the “room cleaning”. They didn’t clean everyday and they didn’t clean well you have to watch them and tell them what to do and they didn’t change the towels until you told them even the bed linen. But it was not so important thing.

Everything was good, breakfast, dinner, lunch, snackbar, mini desco, live music, swimming pools, beach, entertainment staff, air conditioner, reception, aquapark, internet, our family feel hapy and confort with sherwood dream reasort thanks for all staff of sherwood dream resort

Just we had a problem with toilets and bathroom exactly room bath in all rooms need maintenance have a leakage,blockage otherwise everything so good
