excellent sea view from the room, but the room needs renovation (wallpaper on the walls is patched and peeling off), definitely not five stars as stated on the website.

the hotel did not respond to the request for a transfer that I sent from the website after I paid the room.

Hotel room, grounds and pool were all very nice. Very clean and lots of space. Food not bad for buffet.

Spa manager was very pushy. Having paid for and received a very expensive treatment, my masseuse left me in a room and a little while later the spa manager came and told me I had circulation problems and needed three two hour massages over the next three days at the cost of 250 euro's each. After I questioned this, this became a 2 hour 200 euro massage that could be given there and then. He was quite pushy and aggressive when I questioned and scared me about potential medical problems he said I had. This would put me off using the spa here ago as it seems to be some kind of scam. I am surprised other customers have not complained.

Overall we had a fantastic stay, food was superb, staff lovely. The only fault I would add is that much to my surprise they allow smoking in the restaurants. It didn't affect us as we could move tables but I find it unacceptable. Didn't spoil our holiday though. Drinks are premium and the prosecco is the best I've had in a hotel. Great stay.

Garden view room. Spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom. Balcony. Lovely, well kept gardens. Friendly staff. Excellent food and many choices. Different food each day. Lovely cakes, croissants, etc in patisserie. Went January 2023. Lots of cosy areas to sit, relax, read, etc. Would not hesitate to book again.

Two things: first - if you have a road view - that will be harsh to sleep. In general sound protection is week. However, I asked for a quiter room and it was perfect. Second - next to the hotel swimming area there is a motor boat rental place and sometimes one doesn't feel safe when boats go at you at full speed + the smell is not nice. But this is minor given the rest of service

Amazing property with a great all inclusive option. The beach is clean with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests. The facilities are well maintained. It was an amazing holiday. Thank you, Paloma!

The staff don’t understand English very well. The communication with them is hard. The animation team were not very good. It would have been so much better if they’ve tried to interact with the guests more.

Food selection was great, events and program for kids and evenings we enjoyed, number of pools and it was not crowded, seats always available, never in queues, great tobogans, staff very friendly and quick in serving drinks, helping with requests
