This place is perfect if you’re just looking for a decent, cheap place to sleep while exploring the sights in Trabzon. It was a bed and a shower and the AC worked perfectly so the room was very cool and comfortable. The location is perfect - just an 8 minute or so drive from the airport and a block from the center of town.

The breakfast definitely is simple like others have commented, and for a vegan like myself there was very little for me to eat. But for the price, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal.

Good hotel good location only one of them staff ,he is so bad ,i asked about something , he ignored me quation, and when we woke up at 6 am he was sleep and he closed hotel door , we woke up him and he was angry,and said you reserved only for one night but actually we booked for two nights, i showed booking email after that he said okay he maybe 37 years old , when you will go to there you will find him so easily, but about other , they are so profitional and perfect and they are so respectly , totally good place to remain compare with price ,

The hotel is close to the bus station and there is many restaurants around it. The room is nice. They serve nice breakfast.

There was a receptionist who didn't help with the lagguage and he wasn't speaking English fluently. He asked to pay money immediately. When we told the other receptionist who was speaking English fluently. He appolligized and offer us breakfast.

The location was perfect. It is very close to Meydan park where there are many cafes and restortans. It also is a main area where we could get a tour to anywhere and dolmuş to other parts of the city.

Although the water pressure was great, because the glass wall does not come out far enough the water flowed onto the floor and we had to use all our towels to soak it up.

Staff was friendly especially Omar who gave us a another room for free as we were a group of four

A clean and good room. A spacious place. Turkish breakfast was decent with fresh vegetables and delicious bread. The hotel also provided a parking spot, and we had no problem staying with our dog. The concierge was very helpful throughout the stay and also helped with parking our car. The location is also very good: a lot of stores and locak bakeries are around.

The room was big and clean

The receptionist had a grumpy face and not welcoming but in the morning the receptionist was nice.

Near city center, the staff was good, the hotel was clean, in the front of the hotel you can find dolmuş “transport station”, you can find AC+TV in the room

They should re-new the bed, and maintain the hotel

Location is perfect, right next to the Meydan. There are all kinds of stores available around the hotel.

Amazing for its price and location. If there's a chance - take room on higher floor to see the sea. Staff was helpful and the room exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was included. Booking offered the cheapest price.
