in a very nice location, the staff in the reception are very very nice and honest people, I don’t know their names but honestly maybe the are the nicest people I met in Turkey during this 21 days I stayed in. tips for you : if you want to change money , change from the hotel as the will give you the best rate if you want food at night , the reception will help you order it and deliver it to your room if you want to make the most of your vacation , rent a car and you will be able to go everywhere and the parking in the hotel is for free, also if you didn’t rent a car, the hotel own a tour company and you can book with them.

the neighborhood , the hotel is so close to the downtown but the hotel itself in a very local area however the room was so nice and I only used the hotel for sleeping .

The room was big and prepared to host a honeymoon couple. Average breakfast. The location of the hotel is not bad to the center, about 7- 10 min walking.

The roof of the room will let the sunlight come through in the morning, which made it hard for us who like dark rooms to sleep. There was no spectacular view as advertised! the shower flooded multiple times and we tried to explain to them to fix it but was not fixed during our stay.

There was more for breakfast than I had expected. A good choice of warm items including the popular Turkish lentil soup and omelets. Very clean in the room, bed sheets were changed every day. Bathroom was always very clean. There was an area provided for parking our car.

The room had no real window, only a kind of indoor terrace getting indirect light from above, the roof. The hotel is located by a big street so those who are sensitive to street noise might not like it, however our room was not on the side of that street and completely quiet.

The breakfast was great, the staff were professional and helpful. Interesting interior and view of the port. Despite construction site nearby we didn't heard it because of good soundproof. Good bath amenities. As it was said at the time of booking, they upgraded the room for free thanks to the Genius status.

Shower without door and mat - very slippery when water wets the floor. Roof is made of transparent material but despite the fact it was dirty outside with some fragments of building's facade, our room was lit up early in the morning. View from the window contains not only port but also construction site. Some of the furniture is worn and scorched by cigarettes

The location was great! It was close to the city center, tourist transportation, and a gorgeous park along the black sea coast. The staff was also very polite, accommodating, and spoke English quite well.

This is only applicable if you have the mountain side rooms (like we did). Adhan was very eerie and unpleasant since it was echoing off the mountainside. Also, the view from the cafeteria is now being blocked by construction of buildings across the road.

Location is great, near the airport and 5m Walk to maydan "center" , Hotel offers Tours at best prices. And bus station is also 5m away... I loved it, breakfast was cool too. Service is nice and the facilities are still looking new. Even tho i complained about the room view, but I'd still recommend this hotel it's great and worth staying in.

I booked a room with "sea view" i don't think the hotel should name it that. It's 2 highway view then the harbor with it's facilities. So it's misleading. Also huge construction 🚧 is right in front of the hotel. So paying extra for sea view is not good idea. Normal room would seal the deal. A View photo from window is attached.

This hotel has a good location, just a short 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Trabzon which was teeming with activity. The included breakfast was excellent. We chose to stay in one of the Penthouse suites which turned out to be an excellent value; the room was huge with two queen size beds and a sitting area with views of the Black Sea, and a jetted jacuzzi in the bathroom. The hotel offers a nice selection of local tours to choose from. We took their day tour to the Sumela Monastery which was very interesting and enjoyable.

Our wonderful suite, unfortunately, had a cigarette smoke smell which could be distasteful to some nonsmokers like ourselves. There is quite a bit of traffic running directly in front of the hotel, but surprisingly, it was not too loud, so we could sleep without any problem. Front desk service was sorta hit and miss. Mr. Burak was polite, professional and helpful. Some of the others were less attentive. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and I would return to it.

The room size. The view of the harbour. It's about 10 minutes far from the markets. It is about less than 40 minutes to trabzon airport. Excelent service and stuff behaviors.

The windows curtains couldn't cover the sun light. We can hear traffic noise from our room.

Good location which is very close to the Midan. The rooms are quiet big and they are very clean friendly staff

Our room was on the roof very luxurious, big and comfortable but the sunlight comes from early in the morning makes it annoying to continue sleeping comfortably since the roof is transparent. However, we could manage.

Everything was perfect starting from the staff very helpful and kind, the room is veery big and has a beautiful view. The breakfast has multiple choices and is delicious. It is veery clean and the emplacement is near to the city center and near to the airport and otogar. Will come back without any doubt. Thank you so much fir having us.
