It’s a good place to stay, with beautiful view and the food was amazing.

The response to request by the staff was very slow.

Great hotel overall. Nice Pool, the food was excellent with many different options to choose from. Also multiple bars on the resort all included in price. Some of the bars were open 24/7.

It was not an issue for us but I would note that dinner is only served within a 2 hour window.

Stunning sea views. Lots of staff and they were all very helpful and welcoming. We loved the pier yoga and enjoyed the spa. Lots of choice on food and drinks. The snack bar in the day did delicious kebab wraps and Turkish Pide.

Room air con could be a bit cooler.

The property is super clean and the staff is always keeping the pool and surrounding clean. Even the pier with the sunchairs and chairs are clean. The staff was alway attentive to our needs!

The only thing I can complain was the air conditioning was very weak and hardly put out cool air the first day we arrived. Maintenance people flipped a vent and nothing more. Didn’t do much to keep our room cool. A 5 star hotel should be able to have room control for each room to set cooling temperatures for the rooms. The hotel needs to be proactive to keep rooms cool!

I like the food is amazing, good drinks, comfortable beds and the clean room also the beach is very close and the location of the bottle is good and far from crowded tourist places. The staff are friendly apart from one person I met at the mean smiling pool bar!

One of the main beach bar staff was quite ride with me when I as for soda water he started arguing with me that this was sparking water and made me feel uncomfortable. No climate in the lobby! The sunbeds around the swimming pool and beach are too close to each other and always occupied. The receptionist asked me to go there and authorize the payment a few times :D And it was boiling hot! At the end asked me to write a note by hand to authorize the payment!

this was the first time ever for me going on a vacation all by myself and everybody was so welcoming and friendly. i felt so pampered, safe and well cared for throughout my stay ❤️ I especially enjoyed the daily activities such as yoga and aqua-aerobics and also lunch + dinner (i am not a breakfast-person) the room was just beyond perfect, staff was extraordinary friendly and Turgutreis is such a charming little city. Thank you Arin, you stole my heart 🫶

I stayed for six nights at the Arin resort. The building is modern and stylish. The food and service in the main restaurant was of a high standard: fresh, tasty and varied. Thanks to Ismail for the tasty food and service in both the main and à la carte restaurants. The beach is sandy with no stones to cross to enter the water. The sea here is a little cooler than elsewhere but the water feels clean. Even thought he resort was busy, the layout meant that it didn't feel crowded. There was a good mix of nationalites among the guests. All the staff were well trained. Friendly, attentive but not over familiar. The nightly sunsets seen from either the main restaurant or the top floor bar were perfect. But the real stand-out positive of the hotel was the way that Guest Relations (Sevinç) dealt with problems. We had some issues with our transfer and as soon as she was aware of this she helped us ensure that our stay was enjoyable: We were allocated a nice room, it was cleaned daily, we were invited to the à la carte restaurant more than once. We felt very well treated...and I noticed that other guests felt that way too.

The territory is compact. The few green spaces available were not well tended. Nicer grass and a few more flowers would help. After dinner there is no real place for adults/couples, like a cozy bar. The top floor bar has great views and a cool breeze but the atmosphere is missing. Families are happy to bring small children there. The midnight dance parties never really took off as there is no dedicated location for this.
