Loved the complex which resembles a small town with its own cafes, shops and restaurants. The bay/beach was nice too.

Breakfast was very nice, staff extremely friendly and quick to requests. Gym and spa were also very nice.

The location is a little bit far from the city center, taxi ride is around 700tl one way.

Very clean , quit , safe and fast room service. Good and rich breakfast surroundings > restaurants, carrefour supermarket and pharmacy within a walking distance the beach good space and Starbucks ( beach style) keep you comfortable .

Some of the staff they don’t understand English and they are not welcoming the guest as expected in 5 star resort e.g they don’t say good morning even in Turkish language!!, other staff they don’t have information to guide the client , I believe they need training how to deal with the tourist.

Great location on aspat beach with mountain and ocean views. Rooms were upgraded to beach view. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Would have liked a smart tv, chromecast in the rooms were not working. Beach was open but unfortunately there was a tractor on the beach doing maintenance during our stay.

The hotel is brand new. All facilities in the hotel building are modern. The area is designed as a kind of small Venice. Beach is quite good and sea in this part of Bodrum is really amazing (if you prefer more chilly water).

There are many things that the hotel must achieve in order to become a proposer luxury resort: - difficult to order taxi. Sometimes it took more than one our waiting time. It is general problem for Bodrum in high season, but 5* resort should I think resolve this problem; - apart for a small complement on arrival I don't remember if I saw anything else. Even water was for same from minibar which was quite strange (usually there is always free water and some premium brands from mini bar; - plastic sun beds on the beach; - staff in general help but it seems there is a problem on a management / top management level.

Our suite was excellent. The hotel smelled wonderful. The staff were fantastic throughout, and so wonderful with our daughter. The marina, shops and restaurants that we had access to were all really nice. The property overall was well designed and thought out. The spa is excellent, the gym is well stocked with equipment.

Lack of attention to detail on the suite cleaning, from time to time. Neither of the pools are heated, which for a 10 month old makes swimming a fleeting thing. Because we visited close to the off season 9-16th October, some of the restaurants in the adjoining marina were closed. We still had access to 4 eateries, but having access to 7 would have made the stay even better.

Beautiful surroundings beautiful beach beautiful little cafes and restaurants. Free upgrade was a nice gesture.

The checkin guy was really friendly, fast and efficient - all went smooth - Thank you Sir. First Class - room was ultra clean and modern, it was just wonderful. The ambiance/lighting was 10/10. The Hotel location is fabulous, right next to a small harbour..... there is plenty of grounds and shops, bar, food places to eat.....and plenty of grounds to walk, stroll afterwards. The Hotel has a spa, sauna, pool, gym which we used - 10/10 Car parking was right outside the Hotel (we had a hire car) Overall - 10/10 - Thank you Radisson Bodrum,,,, we do hope that we can return.

Hotel Restaurant menu was limited (for us as a family of four) so we eat at "Ministers Pub" - just outside the hotel - very good food. That said, the Hotel restaurant staff we really nice, and the ambiance of the place was too our liking. It's just we had two teenage boys who wanted different types of food.
