The hotel was a wonderful place to stay, yes it had some lovely facilities, however the staff with their friendliness and service was excellent.

The continuous music that was piped through the hotel, lobby, restaurant and bar. It was more the bar as there was also louder music being played to 'drown' it out. The TV's were showing programs that people were trying to watch but the music was over powering!

Had a room service dinner and it was just a superb meal, well prepared and delicious. Breakfast (included in rat) was very good and the veranda overlooks the quiet part of the adjacent golfcourse so very quiet and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and the room was really well laid out with modern facilities, huge flatscreen and DSTV in HD, a walk-in shower and a great big bed which was super comfortable. PLEASE keep the high standards and the reasonable rate and I will be back !

Nothing really. Everything exceeded expectations

The hotel is really nice. Super convenient to get to/from Entebbe Airport. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The food at the restaurant on site was great and delicious. The breakfast was perfect buffet, eggs of your choice if requested. The WiFi connection was very stable and fast.

Not a major problem but if they would extend the breakfast end time a bit longer to 10:30am instead of 10am. Especially on the weekends since some people sleep a bit longer. Also the check out time at 11am is a bit too early.

Everything was okay

The delay in cleaning my room, that I had to first call for the cleaning services , good thing the response was immediate. Also, there is a lady in the restaurant who was rude when asking for my room number when I went for breakfast the morning of 16th, she is brown and stout, the gentlemen subsequently were so friendly and respectful.

Clean property, well maintained, friendly staff. very well maintained rooms. Good shower pressure. air conditioning is amazing. Pool is clean. Decent breakfast. Helpful hotel manager.

The tap is close to the edge of the sink so it splashed every where. The hotel does need to establish a network of safe, reliable taxi drivers. The one they arranged for us took us to places that made us feel unsafe, also felt like he was looking to extract every penny from us even after we had negotiated a price. would also help if the hotel staff were aware of good local attractions.

I stayed at Admas Grand Hotel from 29 March to 2nd of April. It was a 5 star Hotel interm of their hospitality. Moreen was very helpful 👌 👏 and employee of the month. Many thanks to all other staff members. Admas Grand hotel is a bit pricy but worth price. I would highly recommend to any traveller. Once again thanks for looking after my family and I will definitely stay again.

All the staff at the Hotel were friendly, polite and helpful. I would like to especially praise Ms Getrude at the Restaurant for making me feel at ease from day 1 till I checked out. She was always wearing a smile on her face. The food was good and a big portion. I enjoyed my stay.

The AC broke down but they quickly arranged for me another room which is important.

This hotel is very good value for money. The staff is excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are good, spacious room, big bed, lovely shower, good breakfast. The location is great, pretty close to the airport.

You want to be in time for breakfast for your maximum choice of possibilities. Personally I think orange juice should always be on the breakfast menu.

Beautifully constructed modern and clean new build. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. They offered advise on transportation and even offered to accompany me for safety as one of them was about to log out of duty. Room was spacious and very clean with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the choices of fruits were plenty. I definitely recommend this listing and will stay herebif i ever come back to Entebbe.

The breakfast was good. Though they didn't tell me that they can make me an omelet until after I got my food. It would have been nice to hear about that upfront.

What we didn't like was, it took about 45 minutes to get our food. We came in late about 8:30 p.m. there was no one in the restaurant and yet we didn't start receiving our food until 9:15 to 9:30 p.m. Also, the card keys didn't work. So we had to have someone open the door for us every time. That was inconvenient.
