The staff was generally very kind and accommodating and the breakfast was good. The pool is not directly attached to the hotel - you have to walk a little (it's still private and not open to the world) and the result is a very nice oasis. The location is conveniently next to a mall with a few other restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy (plus ATMs) and across the street from a local restaurant plus a craft market. Internet was very reliable and their in-hotel restaurant was open 24 hours, which was incredibly helpful.

The hotel advertises a gym. However, the reality is that the hotel does not have its own gym; they have a relationship that allows you to use a gym that is located in the mall. Some people may not be bothered by this but it was a huge turn-off for me and I felt slightly misled, especially as the gym was a major component of my hotel selection.

The worst part of the stay . No pork sausages choices on offer were poor . Sometimes no bananas beans got stale bread was tasteless butter frozen solid , even the tea was too weak and cheap alternative to English breakfast tea . Don’t provide pots of tea . Much prefer iHg hotels with a set menu and consistent standards . Pineapples were not de cored so always had to cut the hard part out , not fully ripe fresh and juicy . On this basis I ate always elsewhere !

The pool - but it was very far from my room. Some 200m !

Modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and good facilities. Advantage having the shopping mall with supermarket and good restaurant attached. Great swimming pool with comfi sunbeds and clean pool area. Good breakfast with sufficient choice and friendly restaurant staff.

Room was not ready on arrival, while arrival time had been communicated the day before. No apology or serving a drink....we just had to wait 45 minutes in the hallway without getting an estimate. Reception could be a bit more customer friendly. Fabric on the seats and above the bed had stains in there, would be good to have that cleaned. Doesnt look very hygienical. Would be nice to create a direct entrance to the pool area, instead of guest having to walk via the parking lot.

Shuttle driver met me right after I exited ground transportation of the airport. We arrived quickly and I was checked in and in my room all within a very short time. Bed and room were comfortable and mini-fridge was well stocked. I had a good breakfast the next morning and the front desk lady guided me to a clean and well stocked grocery store in the adjacent mall to pickup some essentials I needed for the rest of my trip in Uganda.

My only complaint is the batteries were dead in the TV remote... but I didn't bother the front desk as I decided it was a sign to just go to sleep!

The location is good, very close to the airport and next to Victoria Mall, very convenient for money exchange, ATMs, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. I felt very safe walking around as there is security everywhere. Not that the area is dangerous, I may clarify. Breakfast at the hotel was good, plenty of options and the staff was very friendly. The room was big, soundproofed and with all the basic amenities for a short stay.

The corridor always smelled like something was rotten. I won't classify the hotel as 4 stars but more like a good 3 stars hotel. However, it seems like this classification doesn't work in several African countries.

Modern comfortable room, great pool area, nice having direct access to victoria mall with good restaurant, Cinema and supermarket. Overall good breakfast.

Quite some small ants in the room. Don't need all the time music in the pool area and would be good using the green bridge to get to the pool area, so guests don't have to walk around the shopping mall. Make sure to refill breakfast items, also when guest arrive later for breakfast, for example an hour before buffet closes.

Lovely comfortable rooms - dark and quiet with kettle, tea& coffee, tv and ensuite shower room. Convenient location with shopping mall , restaurants and botanical gardens all within walking distance. Staff in the lobby were very helpful. The restaurant/ bar was good. Breakfast was great!

The hotel does not have its own gym but it is listed as a facility. Residents have use of the gym next door but we went there and not one single item in gym was working. The hotel should not list gym as one of the facilities.

Good breakfast, very nice pool & garden area and very friendly staff. Attached to Victoria Mall, so shopping possibilities were really good. Walking distance to Botanic Garden, Zoo and craft markets. Nice place to relax. Complimentary shuttle bus to the airport was a nice extra.

Few cockroaches in the bathroom and tiny ants both in the bathroom and bedroom. Other than those, the room was clean and cozy.

Good location and facilities.

Communication was definitely an issue. I requested an airport pick up and informed them of my flight details but never heard back from the hotel despite multiple messages. They ended up picking me up but failed to let me know, so I arrived unsure about the transfer which was needlessly stressful as I was arriving at 2am. I eventually received a reply after I checked out!
