Everything was perfect. They picked me from the airport, staff was very friendly,room was very clean and food was delicious. Breakfast and transport from the airport included in the price and the price vas very good and cheap. Terrace if you wanna eat outside,garden,and the stuff helped me around whith tips and guidance plus they help me rent a car to move around. From the bottom of my heart i recomand this hotel.

I like everything. And my nex trip to Uganda 100% is going to be at AIRPORT SIDE HOTEL

I really enjoyed the accommodation and the kindness of the staff. I needed a late checkout and ride from the hotel to the airport and they were very helpful in coordinating that. Also, they provided a breakfast and coffee the next morning that was delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like; my room was a little smaller than when I had stayed before, but I didn't mind it. Also, my room (room 11) had a desk but no chair to sit in it, which was fine and I could've asked, but since I was staying for only one night, it didn't bother me too much.

The hosts Joseph and Rebecca are exceptional people. They drve us to and fro to our convention venue every day despite it being late at night at times. The staff were friendly and polite. I'd definitely stay with them again. May they be abundantly blessed.

A few improvements can be made.

Location of property was very good to me, queit and good environment. Very good hospitality of the staffs from airport pick up to and fro. Transport service from the hotel to venue of meeting was excellent.

Absence of Tv in my room. Its better to include the facility for the purpose of getting information and enteriment when guest is in the room.

Excellent breakfast, everything you need is supplied. Distance to airport is amazing, only 10 minutes by car. If coming by taxi maybe the driver doesnt know exactly where to go, inform him its behind the local market. The beds are absolutely amazing by the way, they were better then every bed we came across during our 10 days in Uganda, even top notch hotels were beaten by their beds!!!

Wifi wasn't working but did didnt bother us at all, we wanted to disconnect from everything anyways (what you should in Uganda!!!!)

The room was big enough and clean. Good breakfast. Very peaceful location, a bit far from the lake and the restaurants (around 20 mins by foot) but still okay. The owner is a very polite and kind person, always ready to help.

The only thing we did not like was the behaviour of Katy, in the last days she has been very rude with us. Apart from this, everything okay.

The staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. Pick up from the airport was just a breeze. My flight arrived late in the night but they waited for me.

I tried to order some local food, such as luwombo, but they don't prepare it. That said, they offered to take me to a place that sells it. Mr. Joseph was very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The host picked us up from the airport and showed us around Entebbe later on, which was incredibly helpful. (He also talked to some boda boda guys to give us a lift back to the hotel, this is how we met Alfred, the best and most cautious boda boda guy in Entebbe.) The hotel was exactly as advertised, the garden and patio are exquisite. I highly recommend staying there.

I had a great stay at Airport Side Hotel in Entebbe. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The location is close to the airport, the city center, and Lake Victoria. The wifi worked well and they have a nice breakfast. I would stay again when in Entebbe.

Arrived at 11.15pm and were welcomed warmly. Helped with our luggage and offered chicken and chips which was freshly cooked on arrival. Breakfast was offered at a time to suit us for the following morning. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.

Unfortunately the internet connection wasn’t the bed, fine in certain parts of the property but not all. However having stayed in far more expensive venues in Entebbe this is very much par for the course. My only real observation is that the water for the shower was tepid, lukewarm at best!
